
Cantonese likes to eat roast duck very much, but eat much easy get angry, so I do a 3 cup duck to be tasted to everybody today, euqally special and delicious.
With makings
Ginger | 10 cheat |
Soy | 200ml |
Rock candy | 40g |
Cooking wine | 50ml |
Without oil the practice of 3 cups of duck

Cut the duck 4 first, put bowl in in small fire forces a grease in duck, pour Jiang Pian again, drench again on cooking wine, soy, rock candy, the boiler on the lid is built, it boils small firebrand slowly in.

Around boils on 45 minutes or so to be able to be finished basically!
