OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased different colors a year before my wedding and ended up changing my wedding colors. Unfortunately this was outside the "amazon return window" and I had to contact the company directly. The company was very understanding of my situation and allowed me to exchange y robes (which were beautiful), and I must say the customer service and communication with the company was phenomenal! I had to return my package to China which was surprisingly not that expensive and again the company kept me informed every-step of the way as they shipped out my exchange order, and maid sure to ship my exchange upon my email proving that I indeed shipped my original purchased. Overall they made me a very happy bride and I wish more companies existed like this company.As for the product, the product is great quality and looks absolutely beautiful, however, if you are a medium or slightly larger size, definitely get the XL size. Medium would probably fit best for those who are very petite and small. Knowing this all my gowns ordered were XL and fit beautifully!!! I love this company and would support them anyday :)

I bought these to ask my bridesmaids to be in bridal party. I bought the medium which says fits 2-12 I believe. The embroider words is amazing quality. The satin is comfortable and totally Worth it.

I am surprising my sister with this when I ask her to be my maid of honor. I love the way it looks, feels and its exactly like the photos. I wish there was an extra small since she is very thin. But I cannot wait to give this to her. I would recommend this robe if this is something you are looking to give your maid of honor.

Its beautifull! My bridesmaids loved it ... thanks for providing me with such good quality. I bought this as a gift for my maid of honor so that she would have something to wear when getting ready for the ceremony. I had to guess on what size to get her, and i guessed right and it fit perfectly!

I bought this for my maid of honor she's pretty small and they were only available in mediums but turns out they fit perfectly. Not too tight not too big! You can tighten it up! She's going to love it! The only downside is the way it was packaged leaves a bunch of crease marks maybe getting it steamed will help!

I bought my mom a large just so it fits loose as a robe should. Perfect buy and still for a size medium, I'd recommend a large (personal opinion). I ordered the royal blue and it's very bright and elegant due to the satin look.
