I'm a 5'5" 140 lbs athletic build female and this was way too small on me. The belt tie was extremely short (I was barely able to bow tie it closed) and sat very high, right below my "chest". It has no inner tie so came open easily due to poor fit and high belt. The belt also had multiple holes in it (where the stitching had come apart) upon unboxing. Am returning and will not be ordering again. Would not recommend.

The bag was labeled as the robe, but the matching dress is what I received (it was improperly labeled and bagged). I already submitted a review...but I guess that it didn't get approved or maybe it didn't send/submit correctly because it is giving me the option of reviewing it again. I am disappointed because I now have two of the same thing (I originally purchased the dress/robe so that I could have a matching set) and the robe is no longer in stock/orderable.

The quality of this is absolutely amazing for the price. But, I have now ordered a size medium twice (in both the robe and matching dress) and received the wrong size. I have ordered mediums and keep receiving size larges. With the second dress still too come. I loved the design and quality and would love to have the size I ordered. All packaging is clearly marked, so this is loss of star rating goes to whoever isn't properly checking before shipment. Debating whether or not to re-order today to try again, but I really want this set!

I have ordered other items from BellisMira and have found each item to be of top quality! This Women's Velvet Dressing Gown is now my wife's new favorite! The fit was true to size and the velvet makes this kimono style robe look and feel like a very expensive designer wrap! But, the reasonable price makes it even more of a "get it now" item! My wife thinks this dressing gown is perfect for winter, but it's not too bulky while still keeping her warm. She gives it her highest recommendation of 5 Stars! Happy wife, happy life!
Beautiful wedding gift for mom/bridesmaids

I bought these robes for my mother, stepmother, and mother in law for my wedding weekend. They are a rich navy blue with almost an indigo hue. I ordered the largest size and I wouldn't recommend them for anyone larger than a size US 14/16 or they may not completely close in front. The velvet is light weight and not too heavy but still nice and warm. Very pleased. Higher quality than expected.
Runs small and poorly made

Runs extremely small and poorly made. The seams are weak and unravel. If you sell and want to keep it suggest you spend the time and effort to strengthen the seems wherever you feel it necessary. I am only keeping it because it's too much trouble to return it.

I figured it out. There's a tiny hole that is really hard to get the tie through. It still doesn't cover the front of my legs very well but looks a lot better.

Excellent elegant so pleased I ordered this wonderful dressing gown the rich wine colour is absolutely wonderful and it fits just perfectly it is so well made right down to the fancy edging detail on the cuffs the hem and down the front

I wear a size 12/14 and ordered a large for the dress&medium for the dressing gown&both fit lovely. This is a lovely colour&fantastic quality. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is a lovely robe , stunning colour , I would recommend buying one size bigger so if you normally buy small get medium it will fit perfect , i wasn't disappointed .

Very well made in a super soft velveteen fabric. The tassles on the belt are lovely giving this robe a real "Hollywood style" arrived well packaged ,it fits most sizes in my opinion.

Good quality and I really liked it but was way too small I am size 18 , gave it to my daughter who is size 12/14 she loves it and fits her fine . This was the largest size they make .

Did not come with bathrobe wrap as ordered. Sizing wrong too small nice colour but cannot tell if materialwill wash well as a velvety material Have returned item
