Pretty, but runs small

Runs small. I fill a 2x, so a 3x should have given me room to do all the movement I need to do to take care of my home, but the dress is tight and the snaps pull, so it was not a good buy for me. For prospective buyers who are able to order a size up, this gown is very pretty and less transparent than one would expect from the thin fabric, which is not a stretch fabric but has a texture a little like seersucker. With underclothes on, I would be willing to step outside briefly to sweep the porch or get my mail. The armholes are generous and the length covers my kneecaps (I am 5'5"), Since I am unable to wear it, I cannot comment on its qualities after laundering. If I could wear it, I would give it an additional star.
