Comfy & Pretty Robe

I'm 8 months pregnant and I was looking for a robe to wear in the hospital and around the house for summer. I wanted something lightweight and comfortable but also feminine and pretty for those first pictures with baby. I was looking at a more expensive maternity robe but decided to try this one first. I'm so glad I did! The robe is beautiful, especially for the price. I love that it's soft cotton, exactly what I was looking for. The floral print is gorgeous and I like that it's not the typical bridesmaid floral print. I ordered both the regular 36" and plus size 38" but ended up keeping the regular because it fit me much better. It doesn't cover me up as much as I'd like when I'm sitting down, but I know once my belly is back to normal it will be a perfect fit. For reference I'm 5'4" size 6-8 pre-pregnancy. I definitely recommend this robe!
Cute, but shrinks after the first wash

I wore this while getting ready on my wedding day and it worked out perfectly. I'm 6'1" and an 18/20 and had no issues with the fit...however, after I washed it - it shrunk. Now it doesn't fit the same, and while I can still wear it, I can only wear it around my new husband because it doesn't cover much anymore.
Pretty, right length, soft but does not stay closed -_-

I want to love this robe. It's beautiful and just the right length. I needed a thinner robe for warmer nights and the material is soft and light. Just what I was looking for - except it does not stay closed after tying a knot with the waist belt. The front of my robe comes undone almost right away no matter how tightly I fold the front openings which kind of defeats the purpose of a robe in the first place(?). I'm trying to cover up not expose! I think it's too late to return by now. I was holding on to it to see if all the different ways I tried wearing it would hold up but no. Dammit. Stuck with it now. Still pretty though.

So I had to do 4 stars on this because I purchased two of them. One of them was for a girlfriend for a gift and she loves it. It fits her great and is soft and light, exactly what she was wanting. She liked it so much I ended up ordering one for myself. Unfortunately mine came in much smaller than hers even though I ordered the same size both times (and we wear that same size, if anything she is a little larger than me due the chest area). Mine was still soft and light and everything else I wanted it to be just too small so I can't wear it. The only other thing I would have liked this to have is the inside tie. It's only closure is the outside wrap around tie so there's nothing holding your inside flap inside.

Beautiful soft comfy sexy wonderful robe. It's so hard to find robes that are soft and silky and look decent on a curvy woman but still feel good. This robe does all of that and more. I am short at 5' 2" and it's just long enough on me, might be iffy on a tall woman. The fabric is lovely and the print is gorgeous, it washes and dries well. I didn't notice any significant shrinking. It's my new favorite robe for sure!

I purchased this robe for "getting ready" photos on my wedding day. After countless hours scouring the web, I finally found an affordable robe that had a beautiful floral print, without the typical shiny polyester fabric. I am 5'4" and 120lbs and purchased both sizes of the robe. Although the S/M fit perfectly, I ended up keeping the L/XL due to the other reviews about the robe shrinking after washing. Honestly, both sizes looked fine on me but I did like the extra 2" of length that the larger size gave me. I'm very happy with this purchase. The robe is comfortable, the fabric is silky smooth, and the print reminds me of higher-end robes (Anthropologie) at a fraction of the cost.Note: I did handwash and hangdry the robe, the first time I washed it. Then I machine washed it every time since. No shrinkage. This robe will require ironing, but it's worth it.
Nice robe but runs small

This robe is so soft and washes well. I did read some reviews that it ran small so i actually went up two sizes because I was afraid of it shrinking when put in the dryer as well as the fact that i like my robes really oversized. The XL (im usually a medium) fit good BUT was actually not that oversized which I was surprised about since I went up two sizes. For reference i am 5'4 125 lbs. I fit comfortable with a little extra room and that was after washing it...i did not try it on before I washed it

Even prettier in person! The base is more of a cream than a white and the flowers are a little more colorful than they look in the picture. It's very light and soft, and it feels like it wouldn't be too hot in a steamy bathroom. It does feel a little thin, and I'm not sure how well it would hold up to much washing. My one complaint is that I wish the tie were a little sturdier, because it doesn't feel totally secure when I tie it. I'm 5'3" and the regular 36 inch falls a little above my knee.
