Not too pleased with customer service

Well I really wanted to give a good rating and review but I canât...although I do like the feel of this robe and the fit is ok a bit smaller than I would like, there is a hole in one of the pockets and the inner tie already broke off and when I told the seller about it they didnât care! I know Iâm just one out of so many buyers, but still...The robe is very cute but obviously isnât made well...if you need size reference, Iâm about 5â2â and 130 pounds and it isnât too short for me and fits around my waist just right, if any smaller it would probably be too small for me. I washed and dried on delicate cycle and there was no shrinking...hope this helps...I would probably recommend spending a lil more for better quality and hopefully better customer service! ââï¸

Soft and fluffy. I washed it alone, afraid that it would pill up or get fuzz on everything. It came out beautifully and didn't even leave much in the lint trap.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas and she LOVES it! Super plushy soft fleece, roomy and comfy. There are ears on the hood--no face like the other styles. Sheds a lot before washing.

Warm, fuzzy, and cute! Length is somewhat short, so if you are looking for a long robe that will consume your body this is not the one for you.

Really soft and great for warmth in place of a sweater in the house. It fits as I expected. I'm broader through the chest and shoulders and generally wear a L/XL. If you're XXL or larger, this isn't a the robe for you.

The robe is exactly like the picture. However it is not made from material that a normal bath towel would be. The material is more fleece like. Also, you can't put it in the washing machine which is a total bummer!
