Complete and utter garbage

I followed the sizing guide, which stated that my average figure needed a 3XL. When it finally arrived, not only was it GIGANTIC, but it's also wildly disproportionate. The arms go all the way to the hemline. The seams everywhere are unfinished - there are big flaps of material just hanging loose, coming out of the bottoms of the sleeves. While we're talking about the material, let me point out that the picture on their listing shows a nice plush fabric. What I received was a thin, rough, flannel-like material. In short, I was sent garbage. I contacted the seller with pictures, and was only offered a 30% refund. I said I did not want this product and I wanted all of my money back. They said I could only have a full refund (of the purchase price, not of the shipping fee I paid) if I sent this back to them at my own cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!
