sizing off for larger sizes

I really like this robe, the length is awesome! The only complaint that I have is that the sizing is a bit off, at least for the larger sizes. I got the XL based on reviews and the fit guide. The robe has a tag that says US size 10 although the website lists the XL as 16/18 it does not fully close on my size 16 body. Being a robe, having it too large is preferable than too small.

Love wearing this for a little extra warmth around the house. I get hot easily and this is light weight, soft, and stretchy. I do like this robe but there are some things I wish were better.Pros: It's soft and cuddly. Beautiful color. Fits pretty well. I love the length, it comes to my knees (I'm 5' 2"). Great price!Cons: The pockets don't stay in. They keep turning themselves inside out and I hate that because it looks really stupid. Also, the sleeve cuffs are not stretchy so I can't roll them up my arms. I also do not like that it can't be tumbled dry. That is really annoying. I should have looked at the care instructions before I bought it. The last thing is hard to explain...the facing on the front edges of the collar all the way down the front of the robe is not stitched. So when you have the robe closed the facing shows. It's the same color as the robe but because of the pink piping (which I love) it is noticeable. It's annoying.Overall I do like it and will keep it. For the price I will put up with the annoyances.

Robe is gorgeous. Material extremely soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, I got this robe as a gift for my wife and she is kind of in between sizes. The robe was not quite large enough on bottom to close as she wanted. Contacted company for refund and they were fabulous. Quick response. Extremely fair offer for refund and still keep the robe. Also, company was very interested in hearing about fit problem so they could adjust fit in future manufacturing. Couldn't have been more pleased with the company's handing of the situation. Highly recommend this company.

I love this robe! I purchased it to go with a nightgown that I got from the same company. I am 5'4" and I weigh 145 pounds so I got the nightgown in a medium and this robe in a large. The fit is a little big but that is how I wanted the robe to fit. The sash is actually a thick ribbon so it does slip out of the belt loops, but there is a tie inside the robe to help keep it together even if the ribbon slips out. The fabric is a little clingy but it looks and feels great on and is made very well, It is exactly as pictured. Oh, and it does have 2 pockets too so that is helpful.

These were a gift from Tom. We had ordered these for our daughter while she was hospitalized. She got a short sleeve and shorts set, a long sleeve and long pants set and a robe I gray, size XS. She usually wear S or XS and the XS was perfect. They are so soft and pretty. They were so nice that nurses were coming in for the info to order some for themselves. Then my husband ordered me a set for Valentine's Day. I had hesitated to order them because I usually wear an XL top and L or M bottoms. They fit perfectly. i got the navy. I might order another set as well! Is wish they had a Capri version for summer.

I went a size up because that's what all the reviews said to do. I'm normally a size 4 suit jacket (size small or medium shirt) and a size 6 or 8 in pants. I went with the large/size 8. It's a little too roomy in the arm pits and arms for me, but the length and fit around my hips is perfect. Basically the same problem I have when trying to buy dresses. Other than the roomy arm pits, I really like it. It's pretty, it feels good, and it wasn't expensive.

I LOVE this fabric, and would like to give the robe a higher rating. I ordered the XL to fit a normal size 12. Even though I'm normally fine with a large, the XL is still a little snug. The satin belt is cute, but worthless. It just doesn't stay tied. I'll have to figure something else out. If the fit was better, I would give it a higher rating.
