Poor quality overall

stained at hemline that did not come out in laundering; many odd threads all over that had to be clipped; some hem-stitching had completely come out; belt is too short; fabric is very heavy; dark threads and trash embedded in fabric that had to be tweezed out; I suspect this garment is made by child labor in a third-world country so shame on them. I will never order from this supplier again as they apparently do not have any QC in place.

Love the robe, fits true but the tie that came with it is not for this size will not even go around let alone tie, nothing like the photo. Reached out to the company 3 times, never received a reply. Extremely disappointed, if it were not for the tie being wrong i would would have given 5 stars.

This listing states "Our heavier weight provides better absorption and a plush look and feel." .. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! This thing is paper thin! Even the cheapest towels at Wally World are thicker that's this!!I included a photo of it and u can even see the color of my hand almost through the friggin thing!

I was a bit worried about what the Terry cloth quality would be like and all I can say it that I am extremely happy. I purchased it bigger and it is exactly what I wanted which is long enough and wide enough. Thank You!

This was a gift for someone who tried to find a terry cloth robe that was floor length and had full length sleeve. The hood was an added and loved feature. She could not believe how wonderful it fit. How warm it was and could not believe the price of this item. She was skeptical at first because of the price. But when it arrived she was very very happy. It was just what she wanted. Thank you!

Can't wait to use this. I got it to put on after swim aroebics to drive home on days I need to get home in a hurry. I don't always have time to shower before leaving the center. This is thick enough to keep me warm enough from the door to the car when it gets cold.
Expected something of less quality, but happy with the price for the quality at around $40

Love the robe, got for Mom for Christmas, she is short but has a big tummy so it worked well. Also, her hair stays in the hoodie instead of putting a small towel on the pillow. Expected something of less quality, but happy with the price for the quality.

Didn't earn 1 star.Just started wearing it, bought 2 months ago, washed once and it's falling apart.Had it to long to send back.I e-mailed the company, no reply. After reading other reviews I didn't think the would answer me.Guess I'll just cut it up and put it in my box of rags.

I bought this as a gift for my mother for Christmas. She wanted a house coat she could wear after getting out of the hot tub and didn't like the way the super fuzzy soft house coats made her sweat and didn't dry her off.This robe is exactly like the robes you get at a spa or in a hotel. Towel material that actually dries you off as you wear it. My mom was very happy and uses it all the time!

At first when the robe was delivered I was not really happy. It was rough and not real plush as I anticipated. So I washed it with extra fabric softener and two dryer sheets in the dryer and it came out so fluffy, I could seriously live in it! The hood is nice and large so even if you have long hair, there is plenty of hood to cover and absorb the water. Sizing.... I have 40" chest and 42" hips and the 2x/3x was plenty big, with some room to spare. I am 5'6" and the robe hits just above my ankles. Perfect fit, best robe ever. Great value too

Ginormous even in the smallest size and sheds like crazy even after washing and drying several times. I kept it because at least it's long enough to reach my ankles (I'm 5'9") and I have no intention of wearing this anywhere but in the house so I'm okay with it being bulky and unflattering. It keeps me warm after I've gotten out of the shower. Another thing to note is that there are no belt loops for the belt. It doesn't bother me that much but may bother others.

Seems to be good quality but... I order the smallest size for my wife and it is huge! Yes a size small/medium was huge on her. Laughable. I tried it on (6 feet tall) and it was about 4" from the floor and the sleeves were between my wrist and knuckles. It says "mid-calf".

Product is amazing quality, much better then what I have seen in stores. I use it for going out and coming in from our hot tub, it is warm and obsorbs all the water from my body. The robe is thick cotton, the thickness of about 3-4 towels. Would recommend. Good product for price for what is out there.

It keeps shedding lint and every time I wear it I am covered in it. Have washed it 5X and it is not better. Had it in the dryer several times and can peel a 'blanket' off the filter. It this continues there will be nothing left and it must be very poor quality fabric; disappointing!

I am 5'2", so the robe is long, it sweep the floors with it, but the length becomes a hazard when I am walking up the step. I keep stepping over my robe, losing balance.The fabric is greatLove the hood.

Got this for my wife.. not as thick as my robe but still warm enough.. after many tries this is finally the robe she likes. Cuts down the laundry not washing all those towels too!

I love this robe. It's is exactly what I was hoping for. It is plush and so nice and long. I'm 5'9 And 2x hits me at the back of my ankles. The hood is great and the interior belt is a nice addition. Will definitely purchase more !
