defect in this robe (3rd time ordering)

This is my third time ordering the same robe and the same defects are happening.Problem:The last two Robes I ordered...The belt loops (made out of a piece of thin string) for the robe belt to go through, ripped off !While the first robe I received had both a hole in the seam and the belt loop string ripped off. The second robe, both the loop strings broke off. They have both been returned and I am waiting on the third replacement.I was hoping to get a refund this time around since it seems silly to keep ordering something that breaks the same way each time. I have not heard back from anyone at Amazon and I am not sure if I am being charged me given the payment method now says âamazon gift certificate.âIâm hoping you can will make this right. I rarely write reviews but thereâs no way of getting in touch with the seller. Unless Iâm missing something ...?
