I usually wear a size small (size 8). I ordered this kimono according to the size chart and it runs small in my opinion. My bust is a size 36C but the area of concern was in the stomach area. The kimono ties just right over my stomach making me wish I would have ordered a size up. My stomach is average size. Since the size chart is off I gave this item 4 stars. Also, I think the kimono looks better in the advertisement than in person.
