Ok Nightgown, pretty fabric.

This nightgown is pretty, fits well above the waist....but is way too skinny from waist down where you would want some fullness for comfort while sleeping. I will probably punch a hole in it when I pull my knee up in bed as I turn over! Oh well.

I am really pleased with this nightgown. I actually got it to use as a chemise under a period costume, but it's really wonderful for sleeping in too. I may end up getting a second one for costuming purposes and keep this one as a nightgown.(On the off chance that someone else might be looking to use this as a chemise/corset liner, I would probably advise ordering down a size. It fits "as expected" for a loose, flowy nightgown, but there might be a bit too much fabric if you're trying to lace a corset over it. My only concern with ordering down a size is that it might bind at the knees slightly. If you're just planning on sleeping in it, then the sizing should be bang on as is.)

To my surprise this was not what I expected. I have other night gowns of same brand however Mature women need that flare of material to fit our bodies. For some reason once the (3X) gown got to the shoulders it did not go any further. It was like a straight A Line cut. So I returned them. Maybe size was marked wrong should of been marked size 14. This was for an international trip very disappointed.
Certainly well worth the money!

I took the advice of others and ordered a size larger than I normally would, and it fits perfectly for me. I love it. I was wanting to get an all cotton nightgown because just love the feel of those, but I like this one very much. I wanted something that felt light and breezy, and this one does. I might order another one, because you can't beat the price.

Soft and comfy, very well made. Fits nicely and feels so good.Looks so girly as I knew from the picture. I wish the company would make more 'sporty' simple style (stripes orsomething) with no lace, buttons and ruffle, so I would feel comfortable to enjoy my morning coffee on my patio...

A nice nightgown for the money. Comfortable, well made, and pretty. I bought 4 of them in various colors. I read the reviews and some people said they ran small so I bought 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear. They're a little large but I like a roomy nightgown. The only problem is the tags are scratchy. You need to cut them off before you wear them.

Actually, for an inexpensive nightgown, the quality is really nice! The fabric is substantial without being heavy or feeling like too much polyester.The design and cut of the nightie is nice. The lace is sturdy enough to wash a lot and yet very pretty. This brand runs pretty small, which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I normally wear a medium and usually get nightgowns in a Large, because I like room in a nightgown. I first got this in a Large, but had to send it back to get an Extra Large. However, the service for the exchange was super fast and painless! It just took a little extra time. Excellent buy!! Especially since it's only 1/4 the cost of the brand name nightgowns and I don't like them any better.
Manufactured incorrectly

This Nightgown was manufactured incorrectly. The two pleated corrections to the shoulders on both sides of the front of the gown at the upper chest area are not the way a gown is to be made. These two pleat budges caused me much pain and irritation when wearing the gown that I asked to return it for a full refund. I learned to sew when I was 10 and did not realize the error until if felt the pain from it.On the positive side the gown did fit as the size is as stated.

There really should be a "fits better than expected" button for purchases like this! I cannot rave enough about this nightgown. I LOVE IT! It was so comfortable--I have been wearing it almost nightly since I received it--and soft, but still fitting enough to have its own feminine attractiveness. This is one of the best clothing purchases I have ever made on Amazon, and I would definitely recommend this sleepwear to any woman looking for something nice, yet completely comfortable to sleep in!

Ordered this for my mother as a Mother's Day gift. Good thing I ordered in plenty of time to make other arrangements. Needed/ordered a 5XL, but this dress size is more like a 2XL. Needless to say, I did not give it to my mother. I like it and I believe she would have liked it. In her size. It is a very nice house dress, just be careful with the sizing and read the reviews.

I don't like buying clothes on-line, because it can be a gamble when you wear plus-sized clothing. I ordered the 3X.This gown fits comfortably and I like the blend of cotton and polyester. It won't wrinkle as much as one made of cotton only and it will be way cooler than a polyester gown in summer. It is also not too long or too short. I am happy with my choice and ordered a second one.

Not the nicest or softest textured gown even after washing. I should have paid more attention to the fabric before buying. This has polyester which will most likely be too hot for me in my post menopausal years.

I like this nightgown as it fits me perfectly, is lightweight and the perfect length on me. I ordered a size medium as it was the smallest size. I usually wear a size 8 or sm/med in clothing. I am 5'4", 36-28-36 and the size medium fits me well with room to spare and it just covers my knees in length. Other reviewers recommended going up a size and I would recommend ordering up one size as well. The fabric felt a bit stiff out of the package but softens considerably after washing and drying in the dryer. The armholes aren't gaping on this nightgown and the shoulder straps are the perfect width.

Very light, soft fabric, so comfortable to sleep in. It is a perfect length as well, not too long, not too short. I usually wear medium or large size, glad I ordered Large and it fits perfectly. I am so happy I found it and going to ordered few more.

I had ordered the xx-large going by the bust size, way too big! I donât mind having it big on me, better then too small. I would only order large when I order again, which I will. Very pretty on, nicer than the picture. Comfy material, light and airy for hot flashes!

A nice, cool summer nightie ... love it so much, I'm ordering a few more for Christmas gifts. The quality is good, the price is favourable, and comfort ... ahhh ... will buy again (thinking Christmas gift giving). Everyone gives those dowdy flannels pyjamas at Christmas ... be nice to get a cotton nightie, even if it has to be "put away" until winter passes. (Note: I live in a more northern climate -- LOL!) Will be back on Amazon for flannel ...

Order a size up as fit is very small. Stitching is good quality and fabric is nice. Arrived quickly. Nice housedress and I would buy again from this seller, but do order larger than you think you would need. I read the reviews that said fit was small and ordered larger and I am happy with the size, it is not too roomy.

I recommend buying a size or two larger. The pattern is very cute. I think the product will be cool enough for sleeping in the summer. After an initial wash the fabric softens up quite a bit. I recommend you wash in cold washer and hang dry..

So hard to get just nice soft "sheet-like" cotton, and these are not them. Super stiff cotton, it actually makes noise when you move and crease them.

This nightie is just beautiful! The fabric is soft but durable. Doesn't wrinkle after washing & drying. Feels & looks very nice. I think I will order another in a different colour.
