well... all i can say is that i am PLEASANTLY surprised! I ordered an XL after reading the reviews and asking the community if an 18 would be considered an XL. This fits like a glove! It has stretch to it totally fits! I would say even a 1X could wear this.....which one would say "isn't that the same as XL" - well us bigger women know that just isn't true!! lol I'm just pleased!

I am 5'9 and 180 with an athletic body. This dress was perfect. Length was great. Received a lot of complements on it. Beading was great and it looked expensive! It is a great dress!

Love love this dress! Received so many compliments on it. So much cuter in person, well made - not some cheap costume. Very flattering. I'm 5'10" and about a size 6, so the length on this could work for anyone depending on how long they wanted it.

I'm 5'5 and weigh about 160. I ordered a large and it fit as expected. Love the dress. I wore it to a Gatsby theme party.

Perfect dress for my event . I kept loosing tassels all night but got many compliments. Perfect fit and it is somewhat stretchy. I am a size 10 5'8'm and 170 so just to give the ladies an idea

I loved loved loved this dress. I felt so pretty and feminine it in. Fit as expected got my usual size a medium. Wanted a Gatsby dress that would be sexy and this was it. Puuurfect. And the price.... Even better.

Where do I start?! For a £30 beaded dress I am blown away it fit perfectly, looks perfect and my kids said I looked like a princess so if that's not a win I don't know what is Theres a very long side zip which is perfect so your not struggling to get in it, it feels and looks more expensive than it is. I was worried about sizing incase it was too small but I'm a 10 top and a 12 bottom half and it fit like a dream! I'm 5"4 and it's just above my knee

Very good. If you order this dress, please try it on before you judge. When I opened the bag it came in, I was disappointed. It looked cheap and more of a yellowish tinge to it.However, in a different light it is a blush beigh/ pink. With a spark.I got a medium as I am a 10 normally. I weight 9st 10ish at 5ft 6 and it fits snug above the knees by about 2 inches. Snug fit, as in sits on the body, not loose or tight. If I gain a few pounds it would still fit well I think.Couple of small things that I will correct. Firstly the tassels, some are longer so I will trim. They aren't as full as the picture, therefore I may add some of my own. Arms are a bit itchy due to embodiment around it. I really like this dress and for £21.00 I'm really impressed. Oh also the underdress is stitched at the side seams to the above netting, this is great as I find under dresses always ride up so I think this is great, saves me doing it. Haven't washed it yet so not sure about how that will go.I would recommend and if I can get this in black I will.

I ordered a couple of these in small and medium. I'm a UK 8-10 in dresses. I was initially put off by how clingy the small was but after ordering the medium it was also clingy but kind baggy so less flattering over all. So I stuck with small.I felt the style of dress would benefit from being less huggy but it is lovely. I lost a few of the tassels but it still looks great :) Soft pink colour and sequin work is great, got lots of positive comments wearing it to a party.

I loved this dress! I ordered this on my boyfriend's account. I am about 5f2 (158 cm) and I ordered size S in beige. For me, the dress was a little too long for my liking and also a little bit too wide, so I ended up altering the dress to fit me better. I know that 1920s style is not always to be fitted, but since I am already short I don't like baggy dresses! I made the dress shorter by trimming the slip dress under the beaded top layer, and cutting away the bottomost transparent layer leaving just the frills. I also tailored the sides by about 1 1/2 inches (on one side only, as I didn't have time to redo the zipper which is on the side) and it ended up being a nicely fitted dress. I did make it a little bit too short which I noticed when I sat down, but in the end I was very happy with it. The dress itself is beautiful and well made. For the price I think it's an absolute steal and I definitely recommend if you want to look the 1920s part!

Dress is very pretty, tassels are kind of peachy color tho. Fits perfect. I order size Small (Iâm 55kg 1.66m). Although I found it too long for me. I didnât want skirt effect but Mini skirt. So I cut it a bit Iâm happy with it after cutting few inches. Its looks gorgeous for that price, doesnât look like wearing costume at all. It could be a cool party dress or special occasion.

Iâm a size 8 to 10 and bought a size small. The fit was ok. I had to take it up about 3 inches on the shoulders but I am fairly flat chested. Once Iâd done that, the fit was nice. Whilst the adjustment made the dress shorter, it was still long enough to be decent! The quality is so-so. Iâve lost at least 5 strings from the fringing and most of those were before Iâd even worn it. The sequins and embroidery arenât well finished and they fray towards where the zip is sewn in. However, the overall look of the dress is lovely and itâs not a piece I intend to wear loads, so Iâm not really bothered! It will probably look tatty after a few wears, so if you want something you can wear loads of times, itâs probably best to look elsewhere! I had lots of compliments, though, and it looks the part for a 20s themed night!

I really can't complain for the price and what you get. I found and m too large for me .... i was worried it might be too tight on the hips if i ordere S but size m turned out to be way too lose on the top.but i got many compliments for mz dress and am deeply in love with it

I had ordered 2 other flapper dresses for 1920s fancy dress before this one and as beautiful as they were they were to fitted. This one was my 3rd time lucky dress and it is fabulous. Lots of detail and good quality for the price. It is a little fitted but not tight fitted and it looks great on. I am 5.4" and it comes above the knee. I am so glad I got this dress and look forward to wearing it. Sizing is pretty much accurate. Would recommend this lovely dress

A good quality dress at a very reasonable price. It is heavier than I expected but this is a positive comment, indicating it's better quality than I was anticipating. There have been previous negative comments about the lack of tassels but for me, it's just right. Only thing I would recommend, is order larger than normal size.. I am a UK 8-10 but on reading other reviews, ORDERED. UK 10-12 or M (medium). Pleased I did, as this fits perfectly. The S or UK 8-10 would have been too small.Overall, very pleased with this dress, to be worn at a Peaky Blinders /1920 's event. Can't wait to show it off.

Lovely dress. Looks more expensive than price. Colour is rose gold overall effect with nude base, apricot tassels and blush sequins.Slightly prickly due to all beads round the edges. Overall comfortable though.I am a biggish size 10 in high street shops- I bought a medium, which is slightly loose on me- fits like a size 12. Still wearable and not sent back in case small is much smaller than medium.

I bought this for a 1920's murder mystery themed 50th birthday.This more than lived up to expectations - and I absolutely love it.I ordered a medium ( I'm 5' 1" and 8 stone ) dress fitted perfectly, with the added advantage it has quite a bit of weight to it so when it's on, it fits like a glove.I had so many compliments on the night (and trust me, there was competition!)Really cannot wait to wear it again!Much better quality than I expected for the price.

Returned this dress as it's not suitable for smaller chests. It's way too big at the top, if you bend over it hangs away from you revealing everything. I did check measurements before buying but I wasn't expecting it to be that loose! Great for dress up, but I didn't feel it was smart enough for the themed smartly dressed event I was attending.
