Iâm sooooo elated that I decided to get this dress! I got so many compliments on it and how beautiful it was. I wore this to my husbands companyâs themed 1920âs/1930âs Christmas party. Iâm 5â5 and I wear a size 6-8, but my boobs are DDD, so Iâm always a little concerned about dresses fitting my girls. This dress fit perfectly! No complaints. It was a nice length and wasnât too lose. This is a dress that I could wear again just going out to a nice dinner or theater show. Purchase this and you wonât be sorry.

I am 5'10" and a solid size 12 and ordered a Large. Unfortunately it was too snug and I ordered an XL which I felt much more comfortable in.I loved the coloring... the champagne dress features beautiful purple and turquoise sequins that give an unexpected pop!The dress is beautiful and received many compliments. Perfect for a one night event though I would love to find any excuse to wear it again!

This dress is Absolutely Beautiful! It was perfect for pictures for my great gatsby anniversary invitations. I purchased an XL I'm 5'4 and 198lbs (don't judge) lol The dress has a slim waistline Love it!

Amazing quality! The fabric is smooth and comfortable, I canât believe the price. It looks as beautiful as the picture and fits me very well. What I like the most are the beads and sequins, so shiny and beautiful, really makes me more charming and brought many compliments when I attended a 1920s party. Bravo!

I bought 2 sizes too big and the dress fit fine after that. Don't order your size. I was complimented all night. Loved the bottom. I typically wear a 20 and I bought a 3X.

GEORGEOUS: as for fit, I said "fit as expected" so let me explain: I wear a medium, I am 5'8" tall and I bought the large rather than the usual medium I take knowing that I am taller than average and have a larger chest than average women plus reading that many other people in their review mentioned it is slightly tight for their size. The size large fit great on my medium, tall, larger chested frame. It is short if you are 5' 8" tall if you don't consider the fringe but again I am taller than the average 5 ft female and it is a acceptable length for me. I thought since the cost was so reasonable, it would not be well made but IT IS WELL MADE....I love it and may order another in a different color just because it is nice. I don't even know if I need two since one will do for my 1920's event but it is really a nice dress.

**I am wearing a shawl with the dress in this pic**I purchased this dress (apricot color) to wear to an Art Deco themed party and I am happy that I did!! This is a very nice dress and not just a costume-like piece. The sequins and beading were better than expected. The fringe appears to be more apricot in the photo, but was more of a cream color. The sequins and design colors are rose gold, silver, and champagne. Since I purchased for the color scheme, I did not mind the fact that the colors were a little different than the online photo.Like many online purchases, it can be scary selecting the appropriate size. After reading a few detailed reviews, I decided to purchase the 3x. I am 5'4", 215lbs, 44D chest and normally wear a 16W (could swing up to 18, not down to 14) The dress was a perfect fit. There is a little give, but I would not call it stretchy.Like others have said, the actual dress part is short and the fringe takes the dress length further. Don't bend over, bend the knees to avoid unintentional exposure.
Dark green is beautiful, but be sure to order based on your measurements

Very pretty dress perfect for a Gatsby party. The fit was as I expected it would be, but be sure to read the size chart. Don't order your regular dress size; it WILL be too small, especially if you have any curves. I needed an XL in the bust and waist and a 3X in the hips. I took a chance on the 2X because of the large size difference between the 2X and 3X. It was a bit tight in the hips (expected), but some Jockey shaping shorts at Target helped. The waist was a good fit (a bit smaller than expected, based on the size chart) and the bust was huge (much bigger than expected, considering I only was going one size larger than I thought I needed AND I had on a padded bra). It was easy to take a few small stitches under the armpits and along the bust so the dress fit a bit better. The beading hid the stitches.I could have ordered a larger size to come closer to that straight 20s fit, but be aware that this dress isn't straight cut. Achieving that 20s fit will be difficult unless you alter the dress a bit, or if you are very curvy. If I had sized up to get a looser fit in the hips, it would have gapped and slipped off my shoulders in a bad way...not in a good "20s cut" way.The beading and fringe was decent quality. The beads and sequins are just glued on, so expect a few loose beads. I had to trim a few beads off, and also snip some long pieces of fringe, but nothing major.A tip: if you're going to a large party, don't order this in black or ivory. 95% of the other people there will also have dresses from Amazon and will pick black or ivory. I picked dark green and didn't see a single other person in dark green. This dress is beautiful in dark green (and it looks great with a peacock feather headband!).

Bought this dress in a small and medium as wasn't sure what size I'd need (I'm a 10 in Next and M&S but sometimes a 12 in any of the younger stores like New Look and in leggings). They both fitted but the small was a snug fit but I felt more comfortable in the medium. The dress is a little short for bending over in (I'm 5'7") so I'm going to add a bit of length to the lining myself. If you're not handy with a needle and thread I'd say still buy it but just don't bend over in it! The beading and sequins are gorgeous (same front and back) and it is well made - I can't believe how fab the dress is especially for the price! I would definitely recommend this dress and the company. The dress arrived really quickly and they sent me an email before it arrived offering assistance if I had any queries. As for sending the small back for a refund that was so easy and free through the Amazon website. You can't go wrong!

Gorgeous dress and perfect for the 1920âs themed 21st I bought it for. Regarding size, I am normally a standard 12 in dresses and ordered the medium, which they suggest is a 12/14. The fit is snug, so if a standard 14, I would consider ordering the large. Was also concerned that the length of the lined dress before the fringing might have been too short but I need not have worried - it is quite respectable, being just above the knee.

Well girls what can i say, ordered for a fancy dress and i was not disappointed. The dress is wonderfully made for the price. Sequins stayed in place all night. Fully lined just past your bum. Im 5ft 9ins so for tall girls this was perfect, it was plenty long enough as i didnt want it too short. I ordered the Large which is size uk 14. Had so many compliments that night. Felt like a million dollars. Delivery was quick and pricing well worth it. Would order again.

Gorgeous dress, exceeded my expectations. Order a size up, I am a size 14 and ordered a size XL which fits perfectly. I dont think I would have fitted comfortably in a large as I feel the liner would have made it snug. Zip is side fastening. Plenty of sequins and the fringe element is lush. The sequins do make it a heavy dress to wear. Got so many compliments on this dress when I wore it out. Have ordered a few more in different styles and colours as it will be my sparkly alternative to my LBD for some time to come!

Extremely satisfied with this product. As a 5'9" lady I was a little worried about length of the dress, and carefully selected this product based on other reviews. It did not disappoint, and I felt very comfortable and confident in it. It arrived quickly and the quality was extremely impressive. It definitely feels more expensive than the amount it is sold for, and I was even told by a stranger on a bus that I "looked a million dollars in a proper 20's dress". I ordered a size M hoping that the size 12 conversion wouldn't be a small 12. It fit like a glove, absolutely perfect! It even survived a night of drinking and dancing, without losing too many sequins or getting destroyed. Highly recommend.

This is really well made and comfortable. My only concern is that the lining follows the triangle shape bottom and might be a bit short for taller women.I ordered 1 size bigger than my normal size to accommodate my height. Firs great (Iâm a UK size 14 and ordered large) and looks great. The black on green is pretty and subtle and more flattering for someone whose figure is slightly fuller than it used to be than some of the ones with bright silver/gold sequins that I also tried. Came in 24 hours on Prime

I read all the reviews and decided to give this a go. It was a good fit everywhere except the bust. I'm a 36GG and went for the 3XL as I thought it would come up small. (Top UK16, Waist UK14,) However the arm holes gapped, showing a great deal of bra, so I wore a black camisole underneath and a shawl. If I'd had time, I would have reordered the 1XL/2XL. Nevermind, it did look good. The quality is actually excellent, which really surprised me! It's stretchy too, so if you do order a smaller size it's quite forgiving. The 'see through panel' is not too high (I'm, 5'4") and doesn't expose you either.Overall, I would recommend this dress and delivery good too.

I really love this dress. I spent ages trying to find the right dress for my 1920s Peaky Blinders event and I love this one. its stunning the picture is exactly how it is. so size reference I'm a uk 18/20 (which can be difficult to find online for fancy dress) and was a little worried it wouldn't fit but it was great and very flattering.I bought two dresses when I ordered and this one won the fight :)

I bought this dress for a 1920s themed wedding.I am really chuffed with it. It was ordered on 28 th August and arrived on 3 July (2018).I am 5 feet 2 inches tall and about a size ten. A medium fitted perfectly. As soon as I put the dress on there were sparkles reflecting off the walls around me , I felt instantly in party mood.I am rather glad the wedding is themed, I can wear a fabulously fun dress and just enjoy the glamour. I hate dress shopping and finding an outfit for a ânormalâ wedding would have taken me ages and probably cost a lot more.I am really looking forward to the wedding but until then must work on my Charleston!

Perfect fit - would recommend. Only downside found that one of the tassels/fringes came loose and fell off also a few of the beads have fallen off but not noticeable. Just have to be careful when putting the dress on. For the price I cannot complain. Overall very happy with the purchase. Looking forward to wearing it at my 1920's party.

This was one of two dresses that I ordered from metme. I used their sizing guide to determine size and ordered a 20 in both (I'm usually a 16-18). I decided that the size i had bought was too big so returned and ordered in the size down which was a good fit. It would depend on how fitted you wanted the dress. I was pleased with the quality for the reasonable price and the speed of delivery. I had only intended to buy one of the two dresses, whichever style suited best, opted for the other style in the end but thought this one was also lovely. I would recommend buying from this seller if you are looking for something special in a 20s/Gatsby theme look.

Absolutely livid this dress. Great quality and looks stunning. But expensive for fancy dress costume but well worth it for the quality. Definitely a dress you can keep for future use or pass on to friends. I might even wear it on other occasions apart from the 20s birthday party it was bought for. Can't wait to show off my lovely dress. I paid £39 for mine
