I ordered a 2xl and it fit, I am 5'1 260lbs and bust (40DD) is 46 in. waist is 39 in. the little strip of elastic along the back was weird but kind of unnecessary since the whole back side is elastic

I am 5'3, 175lbs, wear a petite size 14 (L to XL tops) and this fit nicely but with definite room for shrinkage.material was a stiff cotton (which is why knowing shrinkage rates is important) and I didn't notice any stretch, though its loose so i didn't need to stretch factor at this point. The dress hit just below my knee and the elastic band on the back is forgiving.Some people said that there is enough support for a D or DD woman to be able to go braless and NO. there is no support, unless you tie the halter super tight and really squash them in there. There is NO support, but what there is, is camaflauge. because the chest area has an additional layer of poufed up material (as it shows in the picture but you dont really know what you're looking at till you see it in person) so its not unflattering even if you dont wear a bra. I have a good strapless (yes even for DD boobs) and this dress looked greatI will wear it and when I wash I will try to shrink it a touch.Pretty and brightly colored.

So being 5'3'' close to 200lbs and a 38B i didn't think this would look to flattering on me after i looked at it out of the package. So i actually waited almost a month to finally try it on and found i actually enjoy it. I wish the bust would fit a little more snug, but the rest is very comfortable and breezey while being cute!

I bought this dress for my birthday celebration. I felt so good in it. As you can see, I did wear the krindelin slip underneath. It was a bit too long but I rocked it anyway. I got ooohs an aaaahs all day long.

I absolutely love the way it fit. I can't wait to put a petticoat under it to wear it. I love these dresses. I put on weight and these are flattering if you put the petticoats underneath them they will look like they do online. That is what makes them poufy.Honesty is stressed for reviewers. I bought this dress for a special dress up day, and it is definitely cute and very 50's style. I ended up returning the dress because my friend surprised me with a blue dress so we could match and hence I did not absolutely need the dress anymore and I had a big college bill coming that week, so I needed the money more than the dress which is the only reason I returned it. I am 5'7" and I wear a 32B and I have a 28 inch waist. I bought the small and it fit great and was very comfortable. I am considering rebuying this dress for another special event because it was so darn cute!

I am in love with this dress! I've had problems finding dresses for plus size that are affordable and fit well. I got this one to give it a try to see if it would fit and look nice. That way if it didn't I wouldn't have spent too much money. I'm 5'5", 230lbs, a 38C and got the XXL. It fits very well and doesn't make me feel like a schmuck wearing it. I feel pretty and cute and that means a lot to me. The material is a little stiff, but after a couple washes I'm happy with it. There's not a lot of extra stretch for the waist aside from the panel in the back, but there is some. Pay attention to the sizing. If you're not sure go the next size up. I did that so the waist would fit. I size my clothes as to how the waist will fit as the bust is never perfect since I'm not big in the chest. Don't depend on stretch to make it fit. That will feel uncomfortable, and then you won't enjoy your dress. And you should enjoy it!!If you have a smaller chest like I do, just tie the halter comfortably tight which works for me. Once I get a sewing machine I will be able to alter the bust. There's not so much material that I'm swimming in it. Pins would work as well to make it a tighter fit. You could also wear a strapless bra with it for extra support. There is padding for support which works for me but may not work for a bigger bust. Although, with the extra puff of material in the center the girls will stay inside the dress.It does run on the larger size which is great for us plus size girls but seems to be a pain for average and smaller ladies. I would suggest going down a size to get a better fit. We're all different and nothing is going to fit us all perfectly, but that doesn't mean you can't get a comfortable fit.

Slightly larger than expected, however is good quality. Not really worth the price but I needed it for a costume. I will likely also wear again as it is nice. A tulle skirt underneath would look lovely.
