The dress is nice, the top as with any dress like this I purchase is too big. I'm not as top heavy but I have hips so I had to order pretty much according to my hip size. I went to an all white 50th birthday party. And yes people loved the dress. Now the shawl does not come with it. I paid for expedited delivery and it was definitely on time. Many compliments were given
