The fabric was perfect it wasn't too thick wasn't too thin it wasn't see through it was lightweight enough that you wouldn't get overheated if you were wearing it on a hot day you wouldn't freeze if you were wearing it on a breezy day a would have gotten maybe a slightly larger other than that I bought this dress for a 50s party coming up and I love it good quality dress definitely would buy another one from this company

This is a beautiful dress! I have received about a million compliments from the one time I've worn it so far! The material is heavy and of excellent quality - absolutely no complaints here! For reference, I got the size small, and it fit me just right! I'm 100lbs, 5'0" tall (which means that the dress falls at about halfway down my shins), and 36.5"-24"-31.5" (chest-waist-hip). The material is stretchy enough around the chest area that it fits just right, and the waist area fits just as well, if a bit loosely. This is 100% a recommend on my books!

I ordered a large first but it was a tiny bit tight in the waist - there is a dropped waist on this dress so it didn't not fit it just was a little clingy. I returned and ordered and extra large which is a little big which I will alter. The fabric is lovely and the trim on the collar and the hem are beautiful. Very nicely made. Love Gown Town. This will be worn by the lead in a stage production. I would say that the pink is more of a salmon or peachy pink than a true pink but it is a very pretty shade.

Fits like it was made for me. I'm about 5' 11'' and slim. The material is so soft, and its slightly stretchy to accommodate different body shapes. I've washed it several times, and it has retained its softness and stretchiness. One of my favorite dresses.6 months later - still loving it!

This took FOREVER to ship, but it was worth it. It finally shipped after about 3 weeks and came within another few days. The material is stretchy and stiff enough to hold it's shape but not uncomfortable. The skirt stops about mid calf on me (I'm 5'4). It looks super great with a petticoat underneath too.
