We liked the dress but the size chart is not correct

Bought for my mom. We liked the dress but the size chart is not correct. Dress runs very small. We purchased an XL and the actual measurements of the dress are 38 chest, 34 waist and hip 38 ". Size chart says chest 41.5", waist 33.5" and hip 45.5".

I got really nervous when I read some reviews along it ran small, so glad I didn't listen. I'm 5'6 and 140lbs, I usually wear a size 4. I ordered a small and it fit perfectly with room to dance.

FIT- I am 5'11'' and about 215 lbs with CURVES. I have an F chest and thighs and booty to match. I have a true hour glass figure and I typically wear a size 12/14 in street clothes (maybe the occasional 16 if the fit is tight). I fit in this dress perfectly and it was MODEST. The arm holes DO NOT show side boob, the front does not expose cleavage and it is more than long enough to party the night away without having to pull it down every 15 minutes. It covered my bottom with fabric to spare, as well as my front area. I never felt exposed or like I would fall out of the dress. I felt comfortable in this dress and I got a TON of compliments. People continually told me that I was the best dressed of the party, that I looked right out of 1920 and that I really rocked my dress. I have never been complimented on anything so much in my life!QUALITY- I was so impressed by the quality for the price. I ordered 3 dresses total and the other two are going back. I could tell a definite difference between the quality of the three dresses as soon as I touched them. This dress has nice weight to it, the beading is well done and the cut of the dress is actually meant to compliment a woman's frame, not make you feel like you have to squeeze into it and you feel like you don't belong. It honestly does not feel cheap or like a "costume" but like an actual garment. It's a nice dress and I am sure I will get many more uses out of it. I can't wait until I get to wear it next.COLOR- this dress is true black and the gold is "old" gold. It's Very yellow, dark gold. It's not champagne or silver gold. It's very pretty on. I have light to medium white skin and cornsilk blonde hair. The colors of this gold complimented my complexion very well and the color of the dress really shined and sparkled in person and in pictures.

I can't believe the quality of this dress was so good considering the price. I received so many compliments when I wore it. Like, people were literally walking from the other side of the room just to tell me how awesome my dress was, when other people spent 4X more than I did. Buy this dress!

Nice enough, but the fringe was a little sparse, and GOOD LORD did it bring out my thunder thighs! Still, not too bad. I'm going with something with heavier fringe, though. More fun to dance in!

I originally chose a diferent dress but they sold put right before i ordered. After hunting for the best price and quality i chose this omeI went to a large from my normal medium after reading comments it was too short.I'm 5"3 and a heavy 160 pounds with c-d breasts and a bit of a booty.This fit was perfect length for work and with heels is perfect!I got so many compliments and as a last minute costume this was perfect! Ordered friday, got it on Monday with prime (my fault for ordering such a big order. Always delays it a day or so)
Gorgeous but not Goldilocks

The dress overall was gorgeous! Stunning and unique color & the beading/tassels were good quality. I am a 38DDD and about a size 16 generally. I was surprised when it fit my chest and I wasnât strapped in for the night. As you can see from my second picture it is tight on my tummy which isnât my favorite thing to showcase but it is what it is. Also the material underneath the beaded fabric kept shimming up (see in second picture). That outer beaded layer has absolutely zero give, so if you find it a little tight, you have to hike it up to a very unladylike level to get in and out of a car. All in all I was very happy with my costume for the evening & would recommend this dress to anyone.

Very intricate beading for the price and fits well. I bought size 10-12 and it is true to size. Only slight negative is some of the tassels at the bottom were longer than others and two dropped off while I was trying it on. Otherwise really good value and a lovely dress.

Excellent quality. Fit is perfect (Iâm a size 14/16 - ordered the Large) Very comfortable to wear. Ordered for a flapper girl evening but could easily wear for any night out.
