Big Girl Dress for Sure!!!

I'm a Big Chic; I am 5'10" 1/2 and I weigh 246lb's, I wear a size 18/20. I ordered several dresses from multiple companies; to be exact, 5 in the past month, some supposedly custom made others ordered for my size, yada yada yada! This dress fit as though it was made for me! If your a big girl like me this dress will look beautiful on you and it is very tastefully made. My twins aren't as large (C-cup) as most chic's my size and usually that's the biggest problem I face. Dresses from LB, TR etc will fit everywhere but I gotta stuff the top, this dress is perfect. In fact, this store is my new go to store for dresses as of 4 days ago. Hope this review will help anyone wondering about size, I ordered a 2X.

Beautiful dress for my wedding day. Fit like a glove. Needed girdle and mini zing bra. Fit more like a 1x than 2x. Loved the color and look.

Loved this dress! This dress does run large, by the size recommendations and measurements I would have been in a 2X. I have another Kiyonna dress that was way more fitted than this style, so I ordered a 1X and it was perfect. The cut and fabric are very flattering, I wore control top pantyhose and it didn't emphasize any of my 'lumpy' areas! I have a large bust (38DDD) and the neckline was revealing but not obscene. I wore it for my grad school graduation ceremony and felt perfectly dressed!

Okay, this dress is kinda pricey and I was a little apprehensive about buying a dress online being a big girl and all but, I love this dress. I am 5'7" 220 and am very curvy and this dress was perfect. I NEVER wear dresses. Seriously, NEVER. Because they always just look like a smock on me. This is stretchy enough and hugs all the right places. I can't remember the last time I got a compliment on a dress, I got several the night I wore this dress... so, yeah. Great dress!!!
Extremely Figure Flattering, The Perfect Dress!

WOW! This dress does amazing things for your figure! The lace pattern over the nude lining creates a sort of camouflag effect that conceals your imperfections and has a very slimming appearance. The cut of the dress is also slimming, due to the v-neck and the banding under the bust that scoops low in the back and I also really like that it covers the arms. It's cold this time of year and I don't like to be so exposed. Although, it would not be too warm in the summer. It is incredibly feminine and very sexy, yet tasteful. The lace is soft, comfortable and stretches to fit most any figure. I am a size 14, 38DD and purchased the Ox and it fits perfectly, as if it was tailored for me. It is close- fitting on me and I believe it would also fit a size 12 very well. The blue over the nude lining is a welcome alternative to the basic black and is gorgeous. I have purchased 4 dresses in the last few months looking for the perfect one and this is it! I am so thrilled to have found this dress and look forward to wearing it.

I ended up returning this because it wasnât right for the event I needed a dress for and it was too expensive to just sit in my closet. BUT if another event comes up I would totally buy this for real. You see lace and think itchy and constricting - itâs the opposite. The lace has the perfect amount of stretch so it keeps its shape, but also moves with you like your comfiest yoga pants. Zero itch. Zero restriction. If youâre modest, the v might be too low for you. Unlike a lot of lace dresses, you can actually wear a bra with straps with this one.
I wanted to love it.... but no...it's not for me.

The quality is poor for a $158 price tag. In fact I think Kiyonna has a lot of nerve charging so much for this dress. It looked very matronly on me- not sexy at all. The silhouette is odd- it isn't really bodycon or truly A-line either -so it looked confusing and a hot mess on me. I've seen photos of other ladies absolutely rocking this dress but sadly I'm not one of them so I returned it.

Very flattering, very comfortable and I received many compliments on it! I do not have a very big bust, so that wasn't an issue for me, but the lower neckline could be an issue for bigger chests. I definitely recommend this dress- it's so nice to find a dress in a plus size that stretches and doesn't look cheap! For reference, I usually wear a 16-18 and I got a 1X in this dress- it was fitted on me, which I wanted, so if you want it a little looser, I would size up.
