This is an elegant dress. In my opinion, a little too dressy for every day at the office. More for elegant night on a cruise or a party. I wear a size 8, ordered an 8, and it fits perfectly. The dress is lined, has a zipper down the back, a âtankâ (sleeveless) bodice and a nice drape hanging down one side of the skirt portion of the dress. I think I would try to add a pin or broach somewhere (perhaps at the waist at the top of the drape) to give it a bit of âblingâ. Either that or pair it with a nice necklace.This dress is lightweight and seems like it would be perfect for packing in a suitcaseâwould take up little space and weigh very little. I think I will take it on a cruise.My only concern is that the fabric does seem rather thin. I am not sure how it will hold up after washing. I will update my review after I have worn it several times and washed.So far I am very pleased with this dress. I am 5'2", 110 lbs and usually a size XS fits me well. However, this was too small on the bottom. The top fit perfectly but from the waist down, it was so tight that I could hardly sit down in this. (Keep this in mind if you have a booty.) The plus side is the fabric-it could pass as silk-and the draping. It's surprisingly flattering and looks great-if it is in the proper size. Consider going at least 1 size up in this one.

This dress was very classy and elegant! You can wear it up or down whatever style you like. I wanted to ensure that I had something that would make me feel sexy and comfortable at the same time. I can honestly say I was not disappointed. I love that the material is breathable even in the hot summer! I would highly recommend this lovely dress. The dress runs true to size and the midsection designs it truly what makes this simple black dress elegant.
Nice material, great style, but a funny "puff" of material right in the front.

The dress fits perfectly and the material is very nice. The style is awesome, but there is this little area of "puffy" material right in the middle of the front of the dress that sticks out. Perhaps it will go away when I wash it and if so, I'll update this review, but I don't feel comfortable wearing this out anywhere with that puffy area right in the middle of the dress. I do like the dress otherwise and am going to try to find a way to fix this.
Sophisticated and flattering

This dress is a lightweight silky material, great for summer but could be dressed for other seasons. It has a flattering waistline and ruching on one side - I like everything about it. I am 5'5, 120", 34b and usually wear a Medium or size 2 dress, and a small in this style fit well.

Is this a juniors brand? I wear an adult 8, Im 5â9â 150lbs small bust tiny waist. I got a medium and a large the fit is bazaar. Actually not one single inch of this dress hit where it should. I couldnât even get into the medium and the large was super wide in the waist and stuck way out in the belly like a deflated balloon and so tight on my small rear it creased at the crotch and rode up on my legs. Itâs like itâs not made for a human! Insanely horrible fitting dress. I donât know this line, maybe itâs for young girls, you would think it would say juniors somewhere if it was. The fabric feeks really cheap too. This is a horrible dress. I will avoid Truth & Fable from now on. I donât recommend it.

Habe es zu einem Zeitpunkt bestellt, an dem es vergünstigt war, und für den Preis (knapp 40 Euro) ist es absolut super. Der Stoff ist schön leicht und fühlt sich auch sehr angenehm auf der Haut an. Leider ist das Kleid auf Hüfthöhe an den Seitennähten sehr ausgebeult bzw. ZU kurvig geschnitten. Man sieht aus, als würde die Hüfte 5 Zentimeter zu weit oben sitzen und dadurch macht das Kleid einen etwas unförmig. Schade, ansonsten wäre es super, so muss es leider zurück gehen.

El vestido es bonito, la tela un poco fina, pero vino el paquete abierto, el embalaje de la marca abierto y la prenda vuelta del revés, como si alguien previamente se la hubiera probado, asà que a parte de que la prenda para el precio que tiene la tele no lo vale, me dio muy mala impresión y lo devolvÃ.

Absolutely Beautiful cut, but disappointing material.The material is very thin, and feels like recycled plastic. Frechheit for 50 EUR.I can imagine it would quickly begin to smell bad in summer... Which is the only time I would wear it.I almost kept it, because the cut was really stunning, but decided against it in the end.Recommend ordering one size bigger than normal... It would make the dress more breathable and wouldn't affect the the cut.
