I am getting married in May and decided to have my bridesmaids all dress up in different color flapper dresses for the bachelorette party. Everyone LOVED the idea. I had originally ordered another dress and was extremely disappointed when I tried it on. I am a little over 5'9 and weigh about 140. I am a small on top but I have big hips so sometimes I have difficulty finding something that fits, esp with being tall. I returned the other dress and prayed this one would fit since all the girls had already ordered the other dresses (mine can be different, I'm the bride :)) When this dress arrived just two days later I was very happy! The dress fits great! I got the 4-6 after reading the other reviews by someone the same height and she was absolutely right. If you're searching around for flapper dresses, this is definitely the one to pick! I really don't think you'd be disappointed! :)

The dress fits amazing and looked way better than I expected!!!! I was worried about the dress not fitting since I am 5â6 and 110 lbs so I normally wear a XS and thatâs what I ordered. Yep, it fit perfect! Loved it!

As it came, the dress was too long for what I wanted, which is a competitive Latin dance costume. The smallest size came down almost to my knees, whereas I had wanted something mid-thigh. However, I was able to shorten the dress. Now I get compliments whenever I wear it!The quality of the dress is what you would expect for the price. The straps in particular are not as nice as I'd like. In particular, though they are technically adjustable, they do not stay at the adjusted length. I've been using safety pins to keep them at my desired length. I'll probably end up shortening the straps permanently at some point.

The only reason it gets four stars is because it's mesh material which can be very unappealing if you don't have the right undergarments. I love the dress for sure though! The sequins underneath are beautiful and festive looking. I dont think it looks to costumey at all. Also. the red is a true red and the fringe is just enough to make the dress a little longer looking if you're worried about the length. It brushes a little above the tops of my knees and i'm 5'3. I ordered an xsmall because I wanted it more fitted but that's not too say it's skin tight at all! It's very comfortable and I can breath just fine with the stretchy material. I wear a 34C and size 5 bottoms and an xsmall fits perfect. Would recommend booty shorts. Wearing it to a flapper theme party!

I use this for 20s inspired shows and jazz shows that I perform as a singer. I often get compliments on this dress and it has held up quite well through several washes (inside out and in a lingerie bag). I used it for a performance of Thoroughly Modern Millie and it held up to the wear and tear of a stage show with lots of physicality and dancing. No noticeable loss of sequins, good stitching, and the fringe is hanging in there. It does have a tendency to tangle, but a little spray in conditioner on the tassles fixed that right up.

Since this was an inexpensive dress just for costume purposes, I was just hoping it would be intact and fit!. Well, to my surprise, it is actually pretty well made!. A little thin, but I will just wear a half slip with it. The straps are thin and plain, so I replaced them with a decorative ribbon I purchased at a fabric store; BIG improvement. I was a little confused and concerned when it arrived as the label said "XL". Uh oh! I am a size 4, so........Well it fits perfectly! Certainly would not recommend this dress for a larger woman. :) So, to summarize; it is very pretty with the sequins under the fringe, I am pairing it with a really cute sequined headband, long black gloves,and long pearl beads, and I am looking forward to being a big hit at my roaring 20's Murder Mystery event!

I'm 5'4, 140 lbs. I ordered s/m and it fits perfectly! Quality is what you paid for, but if you are not planning on wearing it everyday, at least I hope not :), it will hold up just fine.

Just needed to be 2 inches bigger, I was well unhappy as don't like things to cling to me. I'm a size 18-20 top but a 14 below if this helps at all. It was nice fitting at the top but there was no give below which in turn meant it clung to me.

Gorgeous dress! Bought it for a 1920's event. So cheap but such good quality and detail. I had quite a few nice compliments in it. Fitted lovely also. Would definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed.

After reading the reviews I decided to go for xlarge although a size 14 I am quite busty. The dress fits beautifully it is not too clingy on the top and a bit loose on the bottom which is what what I was aiming for. The speed of delivery was fantastic so with all my other bits and bobs all set for my 1920s themed party.

I ordered several different dresses so I am not keeping this one. Probably just personal choice but it's not as stylish or figure flattering as the one I'm keeping. Still good value however so worth a look.

Lovely dress fits as I expected, it's a tad sheer though so will require an extra layer underneath to ensure no one sees any underwear. But apart from that I'm impressed.
