Dirty, Used (?), BUT they accepted the return

When I received this dress it appeared dirty and like it had been well used previously. I was honestly kind of disgusted that I had tried it on (didn't notice at first). The dress itself was also poorly made, strings were underneath the mesh that looked very sloppy. However, they did accept the return and did not give me any hassle with it which is why it gets 2 stars not 1. (Edited to included photos)
Pretty but too small

Runs very small. I ordered a 2XL when thatâs my normal size and it ended up being sent back.

Ordered XL and the fit was perfect. Bought a petticoat to go underneath for the slight flare.
