Beautiful dress

The dress is lovely, very comfortable and lightweight. In order for the dress to fit well you would definitely need to use the size chart. Especially the chest. I used this dress for a tea party and matched it with a hat and gloves, came out beautifully. Its definitely a great buy.

It's a very nice dress. Very stretchy which makes it comfortable. I don't like how high the waist is though, although I can prob add a thick belt to make it look ok. I have big hips (thanks to 5 kiddos lol) so it really pushes out at hips. It is a little tight, I'm 5'5 approx 155-160 lbs and a large is tight but fits. I won't be returning as I'm trying to loose weight. I think if I get to about 150 it'll fit just right. The pockets are up high also.UPDATE:after Wearing this dress a few times, I have come to the conclusion that I love it and I have order 3 other dresses by this maker. Yes it's higher waisted, but if you think about it women in the fifties wore dresses up higher than now. That's what I wanted, and OMG is it comfy! And it has pockets! Cannot recommend this dress highly enough.
Waist line is not at waist and not high enough to be empire

The waist line sits above the natural waist, therefore, the pockets are up high on top of the hips. This makes it unflattering at the hips for curvy people. I like the color and the length, though it is just at my knees, not longer as on the model. I am 5'6' and weigh 148. Just wish the waistline was at the waist - the dress is so close to being perfect but just misses it with the waist being in the wrong place..

I wear a size 14 and bought the 2X because it matched my measurements. The four is perfect and I got lots of compliments.

Very flattering and true to size. Hides my belly fat. I have larger arms and the sleeve length and width is perfect.
