Cute design weird fabric

I have many Gowntown dresses. I love them all and thought this one would be no different. These dresses usually feel high quality but this to me literally like a very stretchy thick latex glove. The overall design is great but itâs not as full in the skirt as Iâd thought it would be. Itâs also a high-low design which I was not too pleased about. The dress is very pretty but the fabric not so good.
This dress is a must have!
