I bought this dress for a dance group I'm a part of and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dress! It's very elegant and the quality was great for the price. There were a few loose threads and one, small section of beads that were not attached, but nothing noticeable and all easy to fix. I was a little nervous about the sizing but I went with the large, and I'm glad I did. It's not too tight and not too loose. Measurements for context: dress size 8, usually wear a medium, 34D, and 42 inch hip. The material has some stretch, so I probably could have gone with the medium, but I wanted a loose, more traditional look. I also think I would have ended up with some puckering around the hips if I had gone with a medium. The fringe ends right below the knee. My recommendation for anyone in between sizes is to size up.

I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and 150 pounds I ordered medium and it fits good. Couldâve been a little bit tighter but I actually prefer more loose fit. Itâs well-made and itâs a beautiful dress

Just received it and tried it on so I canât speak to wear and tear but I am thrilled with the fit considering I was very nervous about which size to order. I am currently not my normal size and wonât be by the time of the Great Gatsby birthday party weâre attending next month so I guessed on the size. I am 5â2â, around 140lbs, 34E bra size, 42â hips, 32â waist (w/ an hourglass shape). I ordered a medium and the only issues are itâs too loose around my armpits/side of my breasts and gaps a little at my lower back, just above my âfullâ backside. Iâm guessing itâs because this type of dress is normally not form-fitting. With my body type, a large would have probably hung straight rather than showing my curves. The fringe falls about mid-calf on me w/ the lining falling about mid-thigh. I am very excited about wearing this dress to the party!

The dress is nicely made but for sizing, go with the dress size, not the measurements in the size guide. I typically wear a size 12, which would be a L, but the measurements indicated I should order an XL with the expectation of the bust and hips being snug.The XL was way too large across the busy and gapped under the arms and hung loosely over the hips. The material is stretchy and forgiving. Order based on your regular dress size.

I like the dress but had to return this one because it was too big especially in the chest area. I ordered a large based on reviews but wish I had went with a smaller size. I wear an 8 and ordered a size medium in another style and it fits perfectly. Good quality for the price. Order your size. This dress fits true to size.

Flapper dresses are supposed to be a little loose. They are not supposed to hug every single curve and this dress was perfect. I'm a busty gal and the dress fit not only my chest but it fit my hips as well. Waist was just a tiny bit loose for those who want more form fitting dresses. Perfect choice for a 20s style party. Good quality material as well. There is a zipper on the side which is super helpful.

I wore this to a Roaring â20s party and got so many compliments! I am about 5â6â, 130lbs, and the small fit perfectly. The only con is that the sequins/beading rubbed against my upper arms but not too bad. Great price too!
