Zipper stuck on seam

The dress itself is decent enough, but the zipper would NOT go past the seam. Even after zipping past and then putting on the dress it gets stuck every few inches and refuses to budge. Stuck with it so I'm gonna use it as on open back which actually looks semi-decent.
