Love the dress, but not as form fitting as the Tom's Ware Elegant Floral Print One

Okay, I know I shouldn't write this review comparing it to another product but, I think it's the same company and I suspect it's highly likely many other people have both, so, wanted to give a comprehensive review here. I'm a Mom of 2, by c-section, and it's been a year now, and though I'm back to my prepregnancy weight of 146 at 5'5, my waist still is a little...lacking. So that's the only drawback of the dress, it's not as form flattering in the middle section, and obviously sleeveless. BUT, the material is FANTASTIC. SOOOOO soft, I LOVE to wear it, and my husband loves to feel it. It's very feminine feeling. I actually didn't read and was surprised to see the dress had green undertones but, was still delighted with it due to it's comfort and feminine look. I've attached some pictures of it. Only way to improve it, I think, is to move the waist from the other dress to this one but, it's great either way!

The colors are nice and bright, and the material is very soft and stretchy. Overall, very comfortable. I don't like super short dresses, and this falls right above my knees (I'm 5'7"), so the length is perfect for me. For critiques, I find that the shoulder straps are very wide and I would have preferred a round neckline rather than the v-shape. And there was some poor stitching on the outside of the dress. If the dress were a solid color I'd be more worried about the sloppy stitching being noticeable. Fortunately the pattern hides it mostly, so it doesn't bother me too much.I also added a solid colored ribbon around the waist to break up the busy pattern a little :)

For measurement purposes, here are my stats-I wear a size 18 US, 42DDD bra size, apple shaped, 5'7" / 220lbs.I ordered two dresses in sizes XXL, the light green and the medium blue one.The light green fit perfectly- the fabric was soft, draped well, comfortable and oh so comfy for Middle Tennessee springs and summers. The cut of the dress was such that it minimised my biggest trouble spot (tummy) and accentuated my bust (win). I usually have trouble with dresses being too short because I'm somewhat tall with long legs, but the hem of this dress hit just above knee length. Perfect.Unfortunately, due to the different fabric used, the medium blue dress seemed to fit a bit tighter around the middle, and the fabric had a little less "give" than the mint green one. There were also some stitching issues present-so I had to deduct a star from the rating. But, It still is a lovely dress, and I like the fact that I can take it out of the dryer, give it a shake, and it's good to go. Would be an ideal dress for travel.

I ordered a XXL and usually wear about a 16 but I am 5'10 as well. The material is very soft and the dress looks very pretty with some accessories and a belt. You can dress it up or have a more casual look. The dress fit nicely. I may have to buy one in another color because it is such a nice dress for the price.

This dress has poor quality. The neck V line is not symmetrical. Poorly tailored. It lookes cheap. I can't wear it!!Don't waste your money!!

I'm posting so as to help others like me who may be struggling to decide which buyer to get a dress from since they all look the same!After reading the comments of each product, I decided to go with the Acevog since they had a size chart and the colors looked softer in photos.When I got it though, I was torn between returning it for a smaller size or trying to alter it since the top was so boxy looking. The material is so soft and it was a beautiful print but it just hung off of me and the "sleeves" were a strange cut.Ultimately I decided to order a Tom's ware dress because I had read a comparison review that said it was more form fitting than the Acevog. I ordered it a size smaller and although it's a little shorter than I usually wear, it fits me much better and is the look I wanted. The straps are more proportionate which is much more flattering as well. Maybe the smaller size Acevog would have had thinner straps that looked better but I'm going to stick with the Tom's wear. Unless someone can confirm that for me! The Tom's ware isn't as soft since it has a different material backing the inside than the Acevog, but it is still very comfortable. The Acevog did feel more luxurious against the skin so I would have loved to have that in a more form fitting style. Maybe I will order it in a size smaller to compare.And for help sizing, I'm 5'11 size 16 to 18 jeans and a 40 G.

Pros:-Buttery soft (if I had a dollar for every conversation I started with the phrase "feel my dress!", I would have enough money to buy another one of these)- Very comfortable in warm weather- Good quality for the price-- this dress had help up under fairly steady wear and multiple washes.Cons:- The fabric is so elastic that the dress doesn't really hold shape well. I ordered a small (which is already a size down from what I usually order) and still feel like I'm wearing a circus tent if I don't throw a belt on with the dressNeutral:- Colors in the product picture aren't quite true to life; I ordered the mint green floral print dress and the base color of the dress is a little more green and the yellow parts of the flower are much brighter, almost neon.
