Not true to size :NEVER AGAIN

I requested a refund or an exchange for a smaller size as this dress in an xl and should me marked as a bigger size. The seller responded for me to keep the dress and give it to a friend or a family member and they are only willing to refund up to 15%. They said " The dress is not worth refunding due to it cost more to ship". My question is what happened to the being able to get a dress that fits for an event I was looking to attend in this dress. I am so disappointed and do not recommend this seller unless you are a seamstress or a designer by trade as you will have to remake the dress.

I didn't like it . Poor material it was more like a lingerie than a dress.
