I wore this as my Maid of Honor dress for my best friend's wedding.I ordered the Lilac in a size 8. I am 5'3, 158lbs. 34DD chest, 30-31inch wait and 42inch hips. The size 8 was a little snug but fit great. I think the 10 might have actually been too big. The lace up back really helps to get it adjusted just right.SHIPPING: The first dress (the size 8) I ordered got here surprisingly fast. I ordered a size 10 just to be safe and placed the order on Sept 1st. I was told with the fastest shipping option that it wouldn't arrive until the 12th-17th (the wedding I wore the size 8 to was on the 15th). I contacted the seller to let them know the details of when I needed the dress by and they promised me it would arrive by the 12th. Its September 18th, I'm back home from the wedding, and the dress still isn't here. In fact, its new estimated arrival is the 18th-28th. I paid $21 for expedited shipping. I feel like this is ridiculous considering how quickly the first dress came.CONS: 1. Zipper had no hook-and-eye at the top to keep it from sliding down. It would not stay up and I had to use a safety pin.2. The underskirt lining, while good quality and thick (NO see-through problems below-the-waist here!) was incredibly short. In the photo it appears to only be an inch or two shorter than the hem in the photos. In reality, its more like 6 inches shorter. The lining hit about 6 inches or so above my knee, maybe more. Couldn't bend over without flashing everyone. But the length was great for the tulle.3. The top portion above the waist of the dress, especially the sides, is entirely see through. You can't really tell from the front, but on the sides, my bra was showing and without a bra, my side boob was on full display since the only real coverage are the SEWN IN cups.These are not removable by the way. However, I fixed this problem by purchasing a lilac bra from Victoria's Secret, and it matched perfectly. You couldn't even TELL that I had a bra on!PROS: The color is accurate and very pretty. The lace flowers are lighter than in the photo, but still gorgeous and quality stitching. The dress is comfortable and surprisingly not itchy, even with the majority of the fabric being tulle-like. I was able to move well in the dress, dance and not get sweaty. The sheerness of the dress helps its breathability I think. I got a TON of "ooo"s and "ahh"s from the other bridesmaids and lots of compliments from guests. The lace up back above the zipper makes the fit customizable, and the straps are wide enough to hide a standard bra!

This dress was just perfect, ran a bit small but I ordered up so it fit perfectly. the fabric was soft and of great quality and the color was amazing. We got tons of compliments on this, for the money it was certainly worth it!

I've got a big chest and it's hard to find cute dresses with zippers on the back that don't make me look like I'm wearing a sack or that don't flatter my tummy. This one's the perfect in between -- zip on the lower back, lace on the rest so you can keep it loose or cinch as needed. Tulle makes it flattering and poofy but not too poofy. I got the fuchsia which is more of a dusty pink / rose pink, I loved it. The price was good compared to some of the other ones I tried from name brand stores. Quality was good. Shipped in 2 days for me. Well worth it Oh and I didn't think it was too short and I'm 5'8" and wore with heels. I got size 16

I ordered this dress for my daughter for her Homecoming dance. The length was exactly perfect for her, hitting her at her knees. She loved the lace up back, so that she could tighten it where needed. I would give 5 stars, except the zipper wouldn't stay up in the back because there was no clasp/hook/button to hold the dress closed right above the zipper. We had someone sew a hook/clasp to hold it closed and the zipper stayed up fine and it only took them a few min to have it sewn in. Otherwise the dress was gorgeous and came in great condition/no flaws. She is 5'0" and 125lbs and ordered a size 6. It was a little big on her but has a lace up back to adjust and it fit perfect.

It was super cute we got them for a quiceanera and had bought lots of different sizes. The only issue was that one of the girls was a size zero and the dresses smallest size was a 2. But the others were great. We had busty gals and that were able to adjust the corset to fit and we had smaller girls that wore like sizes 5 to size 18 and they fit. I do recommend you order your size. If your an 8 order an 8.

My daughter wore the blue one to a quinceañera and sheâs excited to wear it to her 8th grade dance and first homecoming, thanks to the corset. I did buy it one size larger so that she can let the corset out as she grows. She loves the satin material slip beneath the dress and the layers of tul under the skirt. Many pretty, dainty, thoughtful details. It a nice length. Elegant, understated and lovely. It definitely looks more expensive than itâs priced at. Weâd buy it again in another color.

My daughter is graduating from 8th grade in a Catholic school. It is very difficult to find a dress her school considers appropriate for her to wear. It seemed all the dresses online were either low cut in front or in the back. This was one of the more conservative dresses but it's got a bare back and I will have to figure out what kind of a bra she can wear with it. The school, nor I, approves of girls running round with their bras hanging out. (I think it looks cheap and tacky). The dress looks very nice on her though. She wears a size 8 at stores and the size 8 fit her well. It defeats the purpose if a girl has to wear a sweater with her dress. Would be nice if Amazon had some pretty dresses for 12 and 13 year olds in which they do not look like sex objects. She might have a grown up body but she is NOT grown up.
