I was skeptical about ordering a custom made dress over Amazon, but it is nearly PERFECT. The quality of the materials is good. Stitchwork is solid. (Iâve sewn all my life, and recognize quality workmanship when I see it). The design is very flattering to someone like me with a thicker waist. I was careful with my measurements, and it fits like a glove. I am an odd shape (large breasts and wide shoulders, large arms) which makes fitting the bodice difficult on any store-bought dress. The chest is always too tight and the armholes are never big enough. This dress, however, is the most comfortable dress Iâve ever owned! I cannot wait to show it off at my sonâs wedding.

Brilliant customer service. Easy to contact and quick to reply with questions or concerns.Size was custom color is Lilac Grey, my front view photo has the most accurate depiction of the color. Individual applications for the beading and lace so some overlay or loose stitching (embellishings only) is to be expected but will not affect appearance or frame of the dress. Fabric on inside liner is soft and comfortable to wear. Cover up jacket is light and flowing.

Elegant, solid construction. I had the back slit sewn closed as I felt it showed way too much of my upper thighs. Other than that, it fit like a glove! I normally wear size 6-8, but ordered a 10 based on size chart and it was perfect. Seller was great to work with. The cover made the dress very conservative, opted to wear without it. The lace detail made this a perfect choice for a special photo session!

I am the 'step-mom of the bride" and I had no idea what to wear -- or what to expect as this is the first "important dress" I ordered on-line. I fell in love with the picture of the dress ... Once I had ordered it, I was immediately sent to customer service heaven. Jeff at Newdeve is the best! Instead of ordering me a standard size - which I ordered a size bigger - just in case -- he asked me for my measurements ... they tailor made the dress for me! to my measurements ... the dress fits like a glove. It was very carefully handcrafted and is beautiful ... I emailed Jeff to tell him I was "tickled pink" and that I plan to buy my next dress from him. I can't wait to wear it in September. I ordered the pink dress, but it was not pink. It is a salmon beige that reminds me of an old fashioned color. I just don't like the color so my money went down the drain. It didn't fit, but that may have been my giving my measurements. I would suggest to the company to cover the diamonds with anything that would prevent it from grabbing the thin fabric while putting it on. I could have ripped the fabric the first time I tried it on because it kept catching. Then once on, the cover could be removed. I would also suggest not sewing in the pads in the bust area.
