This dress was heavy then I expected when I put it on. I would of loved to have it fit tighter around my waist. I got a medium because I wasn't sure of length but that seems to fit nicely. I'm 5'8 130lbs 36c for reference.

It's not the worst thing you can purchase

It was that overly loose, heavy, wet-feeling jersey fabric. It was too long to be sexy, the fit had too much slack to be formal, and it's globally not suited for the office. It's not the worst thing you can purchase. But is that really the standard? Moving right along.
