Wore it for my wedding dress. Had to have the straps shortened up quite a bit as the top was designed for someone with a very large shoulder to breast distance, but it still fit beautifully.

Long story short:I bought these dresses on Monday July 9, for my July 13th wedding. My dresses ordered from the house of brides weâre still not in and I was getting 100 different reasons why. I panicked, since I had 4 days until my wedding and bought 9 dresses from ANTS for my 5 bridesmaids. I bought extras Incase the original size did not fit. I had no time for error. The dresses arrived early Wednesday as expected. We had our nail appointment on Wednesday and the girls came to try on the dresses. All the original normal sizes fit perfectly! No alterations needed and no more stress for me, the bride. I had a dress for my girls with 2 days to spare. Even though I was still hoping for the original dresses, they never came in. ANTS and prime saved my wedding! The girls were beautiful and even though I wanted long dresses (not prime in correct sizes and probably needed hem) they were perfect! 4 bridesmaids wore this dress and my MOH wore the strapless versions. May be slightly short for really tall girls.Returned the other 4 with no problems and were refunded the same day! Amazing and helped take the stress away from the other situation.
But the lace up back means a 14 would have fit perfect and it was very flattering

Everyone said it fit a bit small and to order a size up. I've gained wieght lately so I ordered 2 sizes up. Should have just gone with one. Two sizes up was way too big. I'm 5'6", 165 pounds. Wear a 12 in women's, the 16 was way too big. But the lace up back means a 14 would have fit perfect and it was very flattering. I think the straps would have had to be tightened on a 14 though, I'm a C and it is built to be able to fit a D. But tightening the straps would have made it fit perfect.

Cute dress. Fits nicely - maybe a little tall in the shoulders but that is an easy fix. It is a little shorter than I was hoping - but I am 5'10", so it ends up being a couple inches above the knee instead of knee length as I'd hoped. The laces in the back, while cute, are the only way in and out of the dress so you will definitely need someone to help you get in and out of it, because they are pretty impossible to manage on your own. However, the up side to this is that you can easily adjust the fit between sizes - making it tighter or looser as needed. Excited to wear this as a bridesmaid dress this summer!

I don't typically have problems with A-lines or fit-and-flare style dresses, but this dress was all over the place fit-wise. Too large in the chest, a bit loose in the waist, and way too small in the hip area due to the slip liner. Potential buyers note: the lace-up back is the only way to close this dress. There are no zippers or buttons. You would need help getting in and out of this dress. Too bad, because it looked very pretty and was as the photo displayed.
Very happy and ANTS Bridal is responsive and very helpful.

This dress was larger then I wanted but took it in for alterations and fits great.Quite large in the bodice but the straps and bust were easily altered.Fabric is light, easy to wear, and not the overkill of wearing a fussy gown.Color was beautiful for going to a simmer wedding.
It can work...but not for me...

I like the style though I agree that the fit is a little odd in terms of the bust. It has a sheer outer layer that is longer than the inner slip. it makes for a nice transition to your legs. The back strap makes this a dress practical only for a wedding where you have someone to help you.I decided against it for my wedding dress but I still liked it enough to give it a four stars

This dress is beautiful but is kind of awkward on the shoulders. So even though it fit through the chest my girl could not wear it because they would have to deconstruct the sleeves and have them altered down which would have costed more than the dress did.
