Pretty Dress!

This dress is beautiful. It is off white with navy flowers. The skirt has a crinoline insert which adds to the fullness. The dress is fully lined. The top is slightly large with regard to the arm holes, but it does not distract from the dress. I am 5'2" and the dress covers my knees.
