I am petite 185 pounds, usually wear size 14-16 and I ordered an XXL. The fit is perfect, the lace is not bad for the price, the green color is really green which I love since it is my favorite color. My only critique, the inside stitches are a little bit scratchy. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, I will definitely buy another color. I gave the dress five stars because is a presentable and affordable dress. thank you.
Too childish, too fluffy and stiff in the waist

This dress left me feeling very indifferent.I did not find anything special about it.I can not say it is ugly, it is just that I did not like it.It looks like replica of a doll dress, too childish, maybe ok for a child, but not for a woman.I was way to fluffy in the hip/waist area that it made the bottom look heavy and bulky.The fluffiness is not the "flowy" kind (tuille is probably too thick for that),but has a very stiff pastic-y looking "fixed" look, it does not move when you move.It might be a good fit for someone very skinny with narrow hips and/or rectangular shape since it will create the curves for them.For someone with a little extra pounds it will be too boxy and unflattering.I feel like the quality is good for the price.And if you will be willing to invest some time to rearrange the waist area, this dress could be very beautiful.I am 5'5'' 144 lb, 36DD/E. My measurements are 39.8 (101cm)/ 34 (87cm)/ 39.8 (101cm).I recommend to base your sizing for this dress on the chest circumference since it will be (too) roomy on the bottom anyways.I ordered size M and I feel that it is slightly on a smaller side of M or a larger side of S in the chest.

LOVELY dress for Cotillion. My 14yo liked the dress but not the tulle underneath to make it poofy-so I removed all of is and pressed the waistline gathers down and she LOVES this dress. She'll wear it in Dec for her Cotillion Fall formal along with the shoes we ordered on Amazon, I bought this bc of the pics other users posted and it is perfect for what she wants. My friend even tried it on to think of ordering for her daughters wedding and she may be buying one also-so it's a nice style for teen or 30-40 something to wear.

My bra size is 34B and waist is usually 27-28 (depending on what I eat ha!) and Medium is perfect. The length is just right below the knees about 5'2".This dress is gorgeous. Classic black dress. You can wear a petticoat to make it more vintage looking. Reminds me so much of what Audrey Hepburn would wear.Update: loved this dress so much that I bought another (grey)Will wear both with satin sash

This dress is amazing. I don't even need a petty coat underneath the skirt. I will say though, I recommend wearing a slip under the dress. The seams are a bit course if worn for a long length of time, if you sweat it makes it more uncomfortable. Mainly this is due to the lace, but still comfortable. All things considered it was all that I had wanted from looking at the pictures. I will say I went 1 size up than I thought I would need; worst case I would get it altered down. But it fits and is really stylish.

I was a little nervous that it would be too small but it fit perfect! I'm in between a size 16 and 18 and the XXL fit great. It wasn't tight at all and fit nicely. I am only 5'1 so the length was a little passed my knees but that's what I wanted so it worked great for me. The price was amazing!

The dress looks nice, but when you put it on there are a few flaws. My zipper is very poorly constructed and can't get past the waist band on the dress. It is a horrible design and zipper choice. Then, the back seam is sewn so that all three layers are tacked together which creates less poof and a wierd look as if the dress is stuck in your butt crack...not very attractive. The waist line was a little loose, so I had to add a black belt for more definition. I am 5'7" 155 and ordered a medium. It was loose on me around the waist.
