I'm a size 14-16 & this dress in XXL fit great. Just enough room to be comfy in. Beautiful bright color. I'm 5'7" & length was perfect.

I purchased this dress, basically, as a costume, to wear to a book club meeting for "A Gentleman in Moscow," which begins in the 1920s. Because of the comments, I ordered one in the size I would normally purchase and one a size larger. In my opinion, the reviews that say the dress runs small are correct. The dress that is a size larger fit me, although snugly in some places, but that is more due to me than the dress. The dress is beautiful and does not look like a dress that you would purchase for under $40. It looks way more expensive than that. I purchased the black on black and am very pleased with the look of the dress. that said, in the very first wearing, some of the fringe came off. I picked up several pieces in my house. Since I am using it as a costume, however, it doesn't matter to me that much. This was a real bargain and struck exactly the tone I was looking to strike.

The pictures do not do this dress justice. The design accentuated all of the right parts and hid all of the wrong ones. It was comfortable and I was constantly complimented. There's a lot of these flapper dresses on Amazon and I saw at least one of each at my work party but wearing this I was one of a kind.

Honestly this dress is fantastic. Very flattering and a rich, vibrant blue color! I'm usually between a small & medium in dresses, and I ordered a small, it fit perfectly. Going to wear this to a 1920's event and I couldn't be more excited!

Very nice dress made well I know I'm make clothes all the time great deal for 19.99 will buy again I wear 14/16 but I order 2X one size bigger and it fit perfect it came very fast I like that cause I needed it for Saturday. Order it Wednesday and got it Friday wtg Amazon

I love the color of this dress when it arrived in the mail. Their were several loose strings coming off the beading at the seems which concerned me as to how well this would hold up during a night of dancing. I also did not like the slip under the dress. It was disconnected and the beading seems to be vulnerable to damage since the dress was basically 2 pieces. There is no tag on the inside of the dress to indicate back from front which is just annoying.
Arms too small, and poorly designed causing dress shift up my body

I was in between a L and XL measurements wise so I got both to compare. A Large fit everywhere except the arms, which were pinched. The XL was too big but the arms werenât being pinched. Cutting the seam open allowed the L dress shirt sleeves to fit, but the arms themselves are designed poorly with no arm lift room (for either size). So for a costume this will be fine, but will have to alter dress (add more fabric between the dress and arm portions) to allow for proper movement without lifting the entire dress up my body when I life my arms up. FYI my arms have a 14inch circumference to give you an idea for how large the sleeves are. If you donât have perfect small arms, be aware youâll need to modify the sleeves to make it fit.

Iâm 5â3â and wear a medium or size 6 so I ordered a medium. The dress just didnât fit my frame well. The top was a bit too big and I think mits made for someone with a longer torso. However the color and fabric and beading was all beautiful and great quality. Love the fringe on the bottom. Itâs jsut made for someone taller with a long torso. I had to send it back
