I really wanted to like this dress, but I was expecting something much more subtle. The gold accents and pattern are more prominent than they appear in the image. Also, this dress seems to run a bit large. I ordered a size 2 which was too big all over, but especially in the top (for reference I am 5'1, 115 lbs). All of that being said, the cut of the dress is really nice, especially since it doesn't have a band at the waist like most fit-and-flare dresses. Also, the dress appears to be well-made and the lining is very comfortable. And who doesn't love pockets?
