I was pleasantly surprised how cute this dress was. My only gripe is that I wished the waist set a little lower on me, but I'm tall. I am 5 foot 7 and weight 170. The xl fit perfect. I probably could have squeezed into a large but I'd rather have a little extra room in case it shrinks. I liked the material because it was cotton like with a bit of spandex stretch.

I used the dress for a 40's themed event. It was a great dress for the price. It did smell when it came, but one wash took care of it. I ordered a medium. I am about 5 ft 2.5 inches and 115 lbs and it fit nicely. I have no complaints. The dress cost $15 so you can't expect it to be designer quality.

Bought this dress for an event in a 4x as I am a larger girl. The dress itself fits fantastic, but my only complaint is that the arms are a little tight and do leave a bit of an indent in my arm. This was solved easily enough by accessorizing with a cute vintage cardigan though. So if you are a bigger girl, I highly recommend buying some sort of shrug, cardigan or bolero just in case you are like me and have thick arms. The buttons are also a little lose, which again isn't a problem for me, as I know how to sew and just reinforced the stitching discreetly, but it might be good to know for buyers who do not have this skill. Overall the dress is nice for the price and very cute, especially when you add a petticoat for fullness. Shipping was as expected and the seller was great!

I read the other reviews and sized up. I usually wear a M and ordered a XL. It fit perfectly. Though the fabric is not "quality" it does have some stretch which made it comfy, and for the price of 25.00, you can't go wrong. It came a bit wrinkled but a spray with wrinkle release and a hang over nite fixed that. This is the perfect dress for a fun occasion, I got lots of complements on it during our event. I would recommend it.
Be cautious of what size you order, whatever you are times it by 2!

I get this dress for my mother after she had seen me in a similar style dress. The day it arrived I drove up to my mothers house. She tried it on and it fit wonderfully, that had been a very difficult thing for me, getting what I wanted AND HAVING IT FITâ¼ï¸Major problem! She loved the dress so much she asked me to sent her a picture of a couple âdozenâ Retro dresses. So other then the size issues are thing like what would be worn under it, types of shoes and accessories to go with the outfit

Love it! This is dress is perfect! Ladies look at the size chart is pretty accurate. I am a size M and order a large one thinking it was going to run small but no it was actually a big on me but nothing that a waist belt couldnât fix. Highly recommend this dress

I wore this dress to an oldies dance this past weekend and it fit perfectly. I had read a previous review where someone was about the same height (5'6") and weight (178 lbs) as me and ordered the XL. I'm actually a size 10 or 12 in dresses so if I would have gone by their size chart I would have gotten a bigger size. Everyone at the dance loved the dress (including myself) and it was very very comfortable.
