Wow! What a cute dress! I normally only order dresses in size 6 when they are made with a stretchy material, so when I received this dress I was fearful I would not be able to fit it because it was not a stretchy as I had hoped. To my surprise it fits and would even say it's ever so slightly loose and in that regard, I would say the dress runs slightly large.
