Poor customer service and poor product

I would give this a negative star if I could. The dress arrive way to small and doesn't fit the measurements they give. The dress is poorly made. I have attempt to contact the seller four time and now have gotten Amazon involved. They shouldn't be able to sell on Amazon if they do NOT respond to customers. Poor customer service and poor product.
Don't like it, it makes too much if a mess.
