To choose size I read other reviews and gagged off of that. The reviews I read were perfect because my dress fit me beautifully. I am 5'2 about 135lbs and fuller shape top and bottom and the 8/10 was a great fit. I received lots of compliments. Need an excuse to wear again. Hope the picture comes across well.

Purchased this to wear as a costume for a play set in 1948. Ordered the a size 22 and it fit me and flattered me wonderfully. It's a very comfortable dress and I felt very confident wearing it onstage. Only couple flaws are that, what with me having a large bust, the lining around the keyhole in front kept protruding; nothing a safety pin or bit of thread couldn't fix. I also noticed that after wearing it for a week, the shiny rhinestones in the material wore off under the armpits. But this is from wearing it two hours a night for almost a week straight. All around great bargain and lovely dress!

I wasn't my favorite, I returned it. for my personal taste I think it was a nice dress but the shade of red was not pretty. it was almost too bright and it even looked a little orange. The style was not pretty in person, it fit me a little loose too. i got a Large and I am a usually a size 8 on dresses 5'4 140 pounds. Maybe it would be pretty for someone older? Not for me, not my style, didn't like the color and too mature looking.
Fit well, just slightly loose, but VERY COMFORTABLE!

It just needed a little embellishment in the form of a thin belt with a pretty buckle. Otherwise the fit was just right, yet slightly loose, and looked great, and was even more comfortable ! If you like a very tight, sexier fit order a size smaller than your usual U.S. size.

Fits like it was made just for me! Measure and check sizing chart. Fabric is fabulous and fit is spectacular! Everyone loved it! Want it in the other colors now. Silver is not too garish. Just right in a vintage style dress. I would tell all my friends where to get it but then how could I stand out?!

This dress is just perfect! I am a very busty/curvy lady who has a LOT of trouble finding dresses that fit both my chest and the rest of my body, and the size 20 fit my 47" chest snugly enough to shape it a bit, but didn't squish me or give the dreaded 4-boob effect! The waist was a little looser, but that's to be expected, and the whole ensemble is actually quite slimming and forgiving for fuller-figured people. The fabric for both halves of the dress is thick and sturdy, and should be easy to take in and alter for those of us who require a bit of tailoring for our figures. This is one of the classiest dresses I own now, and it's suitable for going to a classical music concert or for a night out to a Prohibition-era themed bar (which is exactly what I've done with it so far). I suggest pairing it with control-top fishnet stockings for maximum '40s glam lounge singer effect.

I am 6"1 and have a DD Chest. Fit's great every wear. The only thing I would recommend to you chesty ladies is not to wear a bra with padding. In fact I do not wear a bra at all, it's not necessary due to the fabric hide's everything. Thick fabric but does not make you warm. I tried on with a bra and it can be a bit hard to zip up once you reach your bra strap but any dress that has a back zipper is hard to zip up by yourself. It definitely show's my curve's and my husband LOVE'S this dress on me. Highly recommend this dress. Good quality and well made. :)

This dress is beautiful, especially for the price! I ordered up a size to be safe, but I didn't need to. My hips are 44, which puts me at a size 18 on the chart, and I ordered a 20. The 20 fits well, but the 18 would hug a little more like the picture. I was expecting a little more of a flare at the bottom of the skirt - it just kind of ends, and I think a flare would be cuter. The fabric is all good quality, not see-thru, and the top has a nice lining.I'm very happy with it!
