Pleasant surprise

For the price, I was expecting the worst and although this dress didn’t have the flare in the skirt as pictured, the colors in the skirt are vibrant and the rose pattern beautiful. My teen daughter loves it and it looks lovely on her. Of course, with all Asian imports, the sizing is small so order up.
