I have a boutique and carry C/MEO, so I'm very familiar with the brand. I don't know if I was drunk or half asleep when I ordered this because wow. The ruffles. This dress looks like a sea creature made of copper pennies is eating me alive. It's just too much. Too much ruffle. Too much material. I want to wear a dress - I don't want a dress to wear me. It's going back!
