Too big and too cute for certain ages!

I normally wear a 4 (small) but it wasnât available so got a 2, thinking if itâs a bit snug, but really pretty I might keep it! Guess what, even the 2 was big for me, very loose. Moreover, the colored patches are frilly, and the bottom part looks like a tutu.. returned.
