This dress is GORGEOUS... Well made and sequins have the PERFECT brilliance, not tacky. However it's clearly designed for top heavy or inverted triangle types, since it was a little bit loose at the top and waist but tight and restrictive and the bottom. I wanted to keep it so bad, but altering it would've cost way more than the dress itself. For reference I'm 5'5", 135lb 37-26-40 athletic/ hourglass shape and ordered a size 8. Had no choice but to return it.

This dress fit awesome! I would have bought both colors if I knew it'll look this good.Please note my hips and thighs are athletic build......and this maybe why I had the below issue :).The Hem:it should have been stretchy like the dress. I found it to be too snug, I'm a designer and I sew so I did some quick thinking so I could dance the night away comfortably.I took the hem with both hands and just tugged slightly until I heard/ felt a little pop......I did this all around the hem, and that loosened the tension.:( sorry this photo is sideways.

I ordered this dress on Friday morning and it arrived Sunday morning for a work party. I am very impressed with this dress. It is definitely âflashyâ, but still a great buy. Iâm 6â0â and 197lbs; I ordered a size 12 and it fit perfectly. This dress is tight around the hem, but you can gently stretch the hem out to give your thighs some room to breathe. I got a lot of compliments. The sequins did not scratch or bother me either.

I just received the gold today and it's not a pretty as the silver!! Will be going back!!The silver is beautiful I'm 139 I order the 6 in the silver it's was tight but liked the fit.. order the gold in a 8 to big and dull doesn't stand out at all!!
Great purchase, will need slight adjustments to work better for me.

First off, this dress is amazing. The double sided sequins are so glittery and fun to make patterns in. I'm pretty sure I need to be prepared to be touched a lot at the New Years party by my friends who want to play with the sequins. The inside layer does a great job of not letting me feel the sequins on my skin too, which is important in a sequin dress. The cut in sleeves are sexy without being too revealing too. I need to find a strapless bra though.Here are my complaints: the bottom seam has no give so walking has to be a very short and impractical stride. I'm a seamstress by trade so I am going to add a small slit in the back to help this. Bummer.I hate that the zipper shows. I know that it is difficult to deal with sequined fabric but I wish the zipper wasn't just put on the outside of the dress. It's just a style choice.Lastly the dress is slightly too big for me. I'm 5'2 125 lbs (and smaller after two babies than I've been in many years) and I think I'm a size 6, but I should have ordered a size 4. Or if just my butt were fuller it would be perfect. I'm going to have to take it in in the hips a little.All in all this was a great purchase. Definitely worth the price. And A+ for sparkle!!

I'm 5"2' and 143lbs. I measured myself before buying and found that I was about half an inch short from size 10 measurements, so I got a size 10. Item came with measurements at least an inch bigger than stated in the size chart, and I had to modify it slightly. Other than that the sequins were great and I got a ton of compliments!

I ordered this and another product to decide on what to wear to a Holiday party. For the price, I can't go wrong. I almost wish I had ordered both colors of this dress! I wear a 36D, and a size 8 from Armani Exchange, and this is spot on for my 5'3" frame. It goes down to the knees, so it's not a crazy short dress. I love it! I look forward to wearing this many times through the years.*****UPDATE*****I have been told I should wear this again to other festive events! The sequins do rub under your arms, but that's to be expected with a garment with all over Sequins. I love it so much, I am considering buying the gold one as well for NYE! Also, in the Update, I added a picture of myself at a Red Carpet event wearing the dress.

Been eyeing this dress for over a year and ordered it since it became available in my size. Fit well, love axparis clothes!! But the dress I received was 95% gold sequins without much black which is not a look Iâm going for, returned.
