Beautiful dress but way too big.

I returned this dress because it was WAY too big, which was disappointing because the fabric was super soft and it seemed like it would be a cozy, comfortable dress to throw on with tights and boots in the fall and winter. I even tried putting a belt on it to bring the waist in and it just looked frumpy. For reference, I'm 5'6" 125lbs and I bought a medium. I may still try it again in a smaller size.

I ordered a M in accordance to the manufacturers size chart but the item was way too large. Hung on me like a sack of potatoes and I don't feel that the S will be small enough. The sizing is really odd and I feel that this size chart is more L, XL and XXL. rather than S, M, L. Vanity sizing. I"ll be returning as I'm also not a fan of the jersey type material. It's too flimsy and cheap looking and won't even work with a tulle petticoat underneath it.

I love the look of the detail at the neck and the fact that it has pockets. The fabric was thinner than I'd hoped for a winter dress, but with an undershirt and tights/leggings I think it could be a winter dress. I ordered the Medium, it came labeled as 10. The fit was fine, but the armscyes are HUGE, coming down almost to my waist at the side seams, almost dolman sleeves, but not not enough fabric in the arms, so lifting my arms pulled up the sides of the dress. I'm 5'4" and it came just past my kneecaps. Super cute dress, just wasn't cut for my figure.

I love this dress. I have a very high waist so it hit me perfectly. Itâs a nice material (just thick enough for a Virginia winter) and the pockets are awesome. The neckline is dramatic. It can be dressed up (a bit) or down.

This dress is getting five stars because it is exactly as described. It fits as expected, and the color is beautiful in person. The seams are straights with no loose or skipped threads. It unfortunately looks bad on me because the sleeves are gathered at the shoulders, and I have broad shoulders so itâs not flattering at all. Iâm going to pass it to my dainty shouldered sister and let her look good in it!!

I hope I return this in time... itâs a unique / cool cut, but fairly shapeless in the chest and waist, at least on me. I like the way it looks in the picture. If I were a seamstress or it was free to get alterations I would totally keep it.

Not a sweater dress. Cheap cotton, I sent it back. I sent this back and i am LAZY. I never and i repeat NEVER find time to send stuff back. This was just that awful
