Nicely made but fit snug

This is a nicely made thick fabric dress with pretty embroidery. There is additional side zipper which helps a lot in getting into the dress. Per the manufacturer privided size chart, I ordered a size up, a 6, instead of a 4. And so glad that I did. Because this fabric is elastic and fitted. So a size 6 can hide my tummy better. I have ordered 2 shirts from La Meng in the past when both shirts did not fit me despite the fact that I had followed their size chart. So I do recommend order a size or 2 up.

I weigh 103ish and I am 5'2". I thought it fit nicely at a size 6, not skin tight, but just comfortable. The fabric is thick and the design is cute. I got compliments all day from coworkers. I paired it with a frog prince pin to go with the fly theme. I didn't think it was like the most slimming at the waist, and I'm fairly thin so it was okay, but very conservative when it comes to body shape. Overall, I like it. It's so warm and thick, I didn't need a jacket.

I absolutely love this dress! Itâs so unique and I always get compliments when I wear it. When I first received there was a problem with the zipper, customer service was very responsive and agreed to discount my purchase so I could have the zipper replaced by my seamstress instead of having to return the dress and wait for a replacement. Other than the zipper issue the dress is very well made, heavy material.

I love the look of this dress! Beautiful details. Just runs a little small, which I expected anyway. I usually wear a US size 12 dress, I ordered the largest size they have and it just barely fit.
