Gorgeous, Slight Fit Issues

I knew this dress would fit because I'd tried it on in a store, but I had to size up, so I went with "too small," since my typical size would have been too small!Anyway, I love this dress! The color is a gorgeous peach shade, as pictured, and the lace is really nice quality. It was a bit large from shoulder to bust, but a size larger than my usual size fit well elsewhere. Overall, it's a keeper!As an FYI, I am very busty, so, while this fit me well in one size up, the proportions may be off for smaller-chested women. I'm also short. I loved the length on me, but it might be too short for taller women.

I think the size may have been labeled incorrectly. This dress was listed as a 16 and I normally wear a 10 or 12 depending on the designer... but the reviews said it ran small so I ordered because it looked pretty and was a great price. I figured it would either fit me or my daughter. I received it and it is very small. I measured the waist and it is a little under 29 inches which seems inconsistent with a size 16 even if it does run small. The Amazon size chart only displays through the size small for some reason but it says the waist of the size small (4/6) should have been about 27.5 inches so I find it hard to believe that the waist of a size 16 would only be one inch larger (which is why I think it may have been labeled incorrectly). I gave it 3 stars because it is actually a very lovely dress. The lace is good quality, both the stitching and the invisible zipper are well done, and they put the lining shiny side facing in so it wonât creep up as you walk (the slick side doesnât cling so it stays where it is supposed to). If it had been a bit larger in the waist I would have been very pleased with this purchase. Also, for those wondering about the length, I am 5â6â tall and it landed about 3-4 inches above my knee.

Beautiful dress! The material is very lux and the length is perfect. I bought a size 8. I'm 5'8" 160lbs with smaller chest. It fits like a glove, but if my boobs were bigger I don't think it would fit. The one time having small boobs works for me!

Runs small & short. Fit would work for someone with broad shoulders and a small chest. Also poofs out at the waist a bit. Beautiful flesh/peach color and nice quality. Giving 3 starts because of the fit was strange.

Love, love, love this dress. The quality of the material is beautiful and it looks great on - it's just gorgeous. I took off one star because it's too large up top. I have no clue what anyone who says this runs small is talking about. I ordered this in a size 2 and the only way it would have fit me up top is if I were extremely large chested with a very tiny waist.

Sweet dress I purchased to wear in a family photo. Looks great in person and on camera. Pleased it looks a little more pink peach than a pale peach color. Just a touch small if you are larger busted. Ordered my regular size but no wiggle room up top at all. Thank goodness I was just wearing this dress for a photo!

Ordered normal dress size and a size up neither fit me. I am a 38DD so I suggest large breast women stay away from this dress. It's very cute but it's not stretchy one tiny bit :(

Ordered normal dress size and a size up neither fit me. I am a 38DD so I suggest large breast women stay away from this dress. It's very cute but it's not stretchy one tiny bit :(
