Beautiful dress, but even BETTER customer service!

The dress is very pretty. Daughter loves it! She’s been getting so many compliments just from the pictures on her phone. She can’t wait until she can finally wear it for her Prom. Throughout this process, the company kept an open dialogue with me. This company wanted to get it right, and they did!! Forever greatful

The design looks rushed

First I have to say, I do love this dress. But If you see the pictures the design had the lace just looking like it was torn. I did get a 18w, the shoulder or the back part does not zip all the way. I'm planning on getting alterations to clean up the design and shorten the length ( I am 5'7 and this was longer then expected.)

the color is not as dark as the picture but is pretty.

Beautiful dress, good customers service. the color is slightly lighter than the picture, but good material. the tail is made from tulle fabric not chiffon though if this matter. It runs long.
