Perfect party dress

The is a gorgeous dress on. It does fit somewhat on the smaller side at the skirt, mainly in the legs. I'm 5'1 and bought a size 4 and it does fit perfect but the skirt is form-fitting. I love the color and the top is a very comfortable, relaxed fit.
