Cute, comfortable, slightly clingy

This dress is very retro. The polka dots and frilly sleeves are really cute. I wore it to a wedding/reception. The fabric is stretchy and comfortable but it does “ride up” a bit. I found myself pulling it down every now and then throughout the evening.

The dress was beautiful, unfortunate for me the hips was big,because I have small hips,but the dress and the material was very nice.
